Arturo called ahead and gave me his time of arrival for my scheduled service. This aloud me to continue my project at work in my opinion this small effort is far more effective than giving a customer a large window of time. He got to work quickly and found a larger issue but quickly offered the best solution by offering me a subscription that would cut the labor costs in half. At this point my service call went into diagnostic and repair. But he was also quick to let me know that now with my subscription the service is included at no extra cost. I’ve alway been with the service this company has provided but I feel that Arturo went above and beyond my expectations and offered options on repair plans as well as showing me step by step with videos and pictures after the job was completed. I’ve worked with a lot of technicians professionally and I’d be very proud as a company if I had a few more like this on my payroll.

Tim did an inspection for our electrical system. He was friendly, quick, and efficient. He communicated what needed to be done with ease!

Joseph Banut is a wonderful journeymen electrician. He provided excellent service and communications, quote explained in full detail and all work done in 1.5 days. This was a huge job since home was not grounded and electrical panel was a fire hazard! I have the Wolfers maintenance agreement and it has paid for itself 2 times over and we get priority scheduling. Financing options were great and we now have peace of mind! This was an exceptionally good experience. Adam was very pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work and answer questions. We received same day service on a PVC pipe leak. We had originally planned to replace one segment of pipe but ultimately decided to replace all of the old plastic, very happy that the job was completed in an afternoon and even happier with the quality of the work and the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company, in large part because the customer service from Adam was absolutely excellent.

Josh showed up on time and provided a great deal of information, along with explanations and photos. Originally called to examine ourm old ( 32 years) A/C unit. He found that it was still relatively healthy, unlike our 22 year old furnace, which he examined thoroughly.<br><br>He also offered the annual maintenance plan, which was reasonably price, especially compared to my previous provider.<br><br>Will be getting estimates for a new system prophylactically rather than wait for the inevitable failure during extreme weather. Our Heat pump had been on the fritz for years, I called wolfers and the next day they sent Steven out. He was extremely thorough at testing all aspects of the system in order to properly diagnose the issue and very courteous and professional. The issue turned out to be that the refrigerant was over-charged. He gave the system the proper refrigerant charge, and did some monitoring to ensure this resolved the system issues prior to finishing up.

We hat to relocate a pressure regulator and install a water heater thermal expansion tank to correct water pressure issues. It required substantial time and effort. The plumber was prompt and on time. He did a great job, was efficient, and completely cleaned up all of his work. We would definitely want to retain him for future needs.

Orion from wolfers came out to my place today to Do a service on my AC unit. He did an awesome job on the service. Arturo was our service man for AC maintenance. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to use Wolfers for our home maintenance company.

Associate came over first thing this morning to service our A/C, which had suddenly stopped (no power on HVAC system) yesterday afternoon. He discovered the problem in a few minutes (clogged drain from A/C due to gunk build up over time, which tripped a water overflow sensor) and cleared the drain and had us up and running in no time. He also made a few adjustments to allow water to drain from the A/C more efficiently and explained everything to me. Even how I can keep my drain cleared better in the future. Very friendly guy too!

We are very pleased to give Wolfer's our highest recommendation for Communication, professionalism, expertise, timeliness, and even friendliness of all staff. Their plumbers are the best! We will rely on them for future home repairs.

Very pleased with the excellent work and positive friendly attitudes of Art and Falcon as they discovered and resolved airflow issues with our system, both above in attic and below in crawlspace. They were diligent and enthusiastic in correcting what needed attention. They explained in detail the system issues and their remedies to give our house proper airflow.

We are so impressed with our experience with Wolfer’s, specifically our interactions with Braxton K. Braxton gave us a comprehensive quote, and made sure we were comfortable with all the work to be done. When we decided to move forward with the work (which in included installing 5 ceiling fans, a hardwired smoke detector, and 8 can lights) we were able to get scheduled quickly. Braxton showed up on time and worked very hard throughout the day, ensuring we were kept in the loop on the project progress and asking for our input when needed.<br><br>We are absolutely thrilled with the results, especially in our game room.

Just had Wolfer’s come out a do a checkup on my 30 year old air conditioner. Jef Siler was the technician. He was incredible, friendly, check everything, took pictures of all the parts he checked and the readings he got. Showed me pictures of the parts that he suggested that needed replacing. Which I definitely could see were corroded. I was his last call on a Friday afternoon. Asked if Monday or Tuesday would be alright to send the estimate on the repair. I asked about a replacement cost and he said he would have someone reach out early next week. It’s the weekend didn’t expect sooner. Jef was so professional and friendly, he is a real asset to Wolfer’s. I highly recommend Wolfer’s if Jef Siler is any indication of the company.

Tasso was super great at looking over all the ducting in the attic and crawlspace to help find a solution (a few good ideas) for the temp swing of up and downstairs along with why the house might stay humid and some resolutions for that as well. He even looked at insulation and windows to help understand the whole picture and make solid recommendations.

The technician (Tasso) arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. He diagnosed the issue quickly, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and respect for the community. It's not easy to find a company that combines excellent customer service with high-quality workmanship, but Wolfer's definitely delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Carlos and Theo ( and several others) did a nice job of installing new A/C and furnace after removing an ancient 30 year old system. So far I am very pleased with their service and the quality of the Daikin product we picked. They worked fast, cleaned up well, and walked us through the new system.

Miguel Salamanca came for our regular service the other day and did a great job. However, A few days later, during a heat wave, our system stopped working. Within 24 hours, Miguel was back here and able to quickly diagnose and fixed the problem. I work from home, my son was working from home, and I have a special-needs son who has difficulty regulating his body temperature. Miguel’s efficiency and competency were invaluable to us, and we are super grateful!
