Another great service from the team from Wolfers. Tim and Christian did a fabulous job on finding out why our washer wouldn’t power up. Turns out our outlet for our washer was old and needed to be replaced. They also recommended that we replace another 4 more outlets which were connected to the same line. One of them being an GFCI outlet. Thank you Tim And Christian for doing and amazing job!

Heating unit was old and needed work but Wolfer made it easy to replace it timely and with a good price and great service. Teo and Ciro did fast and efficient work to get it done under the time estimate given. They made it easy to deal with workers and a bit of chaos but all well planned and timely. They were respectful and very neat and as quiet as could be managed removing and replacing an old furnace. I have to give the project manager kudos too. Today we had our annual service done on both our heating & air conditioning systems. Our service tech was Josh. He was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. He took time to explain and answer all our questions. Since we are on Wolfer’s maintenance plan - there was no charge today. Our system continues to perform beyond all our expectations. Whether in winter or summer, our inside temperatures never very even one degree from the set temperature.

Wolfer’s Home Services offers a Preventive Maintenance Program. We decided to sign up for this program as Wolfer’s will maintain my AC/Furnace and insure its optimal performance. Plus I like the integrity of this company and their culture of total transparency for the work they perform. Our AC was not cooling. Within 2 days—-Steven Santos was out to our home to inspect our units and make repairs. He got the system up and running, but provided a realistic view of our 19 year old heat pump and furnace system. Because of the trust I have in Wolfer’s and Steven’s expertise-we are going to consider replacing both units. Why-I want reliable AC & heat—and I want to maximize efficiency. We shall see if it makes financial sense to do that right now. If we do-I’m confident that Wolfer’s is the company to do it right.

*Updated Review: Had a gas line installed for a new gas stove. Justin N. did a phenomenal job, a true dyed-in-the-wool professional. To qualify that statement, I have worked in nuclear propulsion plants and on the deepest levels of semiconductor R&D; Justin would easily moonwalk into either of these fields. To qualify THAT statement, I have trained countless people in said fields and can recognize natural talent blended with superior work ethic. You'd better hope you get this powerhouse for your needs, and Wolfer's better do all they can to keep him. 😉

From the onset, our experience with Wolfer's was excellent. Spencer M. answered our trouble call regarding one of our two heaters that had died. Spencer was on time and was not only very courteous, but quickly found and corrected our problem. He then, on his own, checked our other unit and found that it too had a problem, and without asking, fixed it. Since we had been thinking about a heat pump system for years, we ask Spencer to give us an overview. Based on his review, and the fact our current system was almost 22 years old, we decided to purchase a heat pump system.<br><br>We scheduled a installation date and time, and right on que Scott J. And Teo G. showed up, and after giving us an overview of what the job would entail, they started in. We would like to say they were awesome. Not only were they polite and courteous, they keep us informed as to what they were doing and why. They always asked if something they needed to do was alright. They were always very neat and clean wheather they were working outside or inside. They spent two full days on the installation, and did an excellent job. We could not have asked for two more conscientious, efficient, knowledgeable and polite individuals working in our home. Wolfer‘s sent out Saia Saffery for maintenance check up of the heating system. By far the best technician who has checked on our system. He made adjustments, found a step that was missed at installation and corrected it. Now for the first time we are comfortable. The system is quiet and I no longer have a hurricane blowing through the house every time every time the heat comes on. Saia if I could I would give you 5 more stars, I would. Thank you so much, we appreciate your work!

I just had a heating system update. The rusty 35+ year old metal ducts that served half of my fairly new heater needed replacing. Technician Tasso R. did the work. I could not be happier with the fantastic job he and Joshua did. Tasso was friendly and professional. He listened to my needs and really knew how to do this job well. The work he did also improved accessability in my attic AND my heating system now works better! All the rooms in my house are more evenly warm than ever before! Austin, from Wolfer’s Home Services came today to do my yearly furnace check. He was amazingly thorough, taking pictures of a few items on my furnace that could become a problem and gave good explanations of why these should be watched and possibly fixed. Also, he checked and showed me that my air ducts needed to be cleaned. He even helped to change the light bulbs on two heavy light fixtures that would be difficult for me to change myself..He was friendly, professional, polite, and helpful.

I would like to leave a review. I am overjoyed with Wolfer's! We live in a house built in 1951 with an unusual & rare sump pump set-up. We have owned the home since 1986, and in the last 10yrs we have had plumbing problems and back-up drains that several plumbing companies have not been able to fix, including replacing the sump pump. I finally was fed up and had 4 plumbing companies come out and access the problem (yes, I had to pay the minimum travel fee for all of them). All 4 plumbing companies basically identified the problem, BUT Joel Boren from Wolfer's stood out from the rest in several areas. He identified the problem faster than anyone, because he had experience in this type of unique set-up. He also identified the sump pump that we had was the wrong type. He also identified and located a root clog. He didn't try to sell me other unrelated add-on fixes (water heater cleaning) like some others. And, he was one of the reasonable costs of the four quotes. (One quote was very high and not experienced, and I will never hire that company.) BUT, based on the quote and his assessment, I would have picked him anyway. I was an electronics buyer for 2 high tech companies for 30 yrs and have dealt with MANY sales people and trades people. Joel was honest, efficient, direct, and quickly solved the problem. His expertise is not in unclogging root clogs, so another Wolfer's drain technition, Sean Kenyon, came out the next working day and snaked out my main drain which had the clog. Sean was very good also. I asked him to snake out other drains (floor drain in the basement, 3 sink drains). He honestly and upfront told me that only one of them needed it, but gave me the costs anyway. Based on the cost, I chose to have the one drains cleaned out that he recommended. The honesty, capability, efficiency, character and cost of the job will always have me using Wolfer's. I will be telling my neighbors about Wolfer's also.!!!!! Cindy O'Brien

Brandon was amazing. We had a plumber come out before him who couldn't find our leak. Brandon went to great lengths to find and fix our leak. Not only that, he took extra time to educate us on how to turn our water off in the future and how to better winterize our home.

When washer rinsing water came up in bathroom sink. Sean Kenyon used three different snaking methods until it finally broke thru. He was professional, knowledgeable and didn’t give up till it cleared. I had another company that snaked it once, said it wouldn’t work unless we replaced pipes and charged $500. Last Saturday we were preparing for a Super Bowl party the next day and all of a sudden noticed our thermostat was not working! We put in a call to Wolfer’s and a great technician named Isaac arrived within a couple of hours. He determined that there was an electrical issue that was causing the problem. He called one of their electricians who happened to be only three minutes away! Johnny soon showed up and the problem was fixed in no time! We were able to host our party and see the Seahawks win the Super Bowl!! Thank you, Wolfer’s. You are the best!

I recently had a leak under my sink that caused damage. I had no idea how to fix this and called for help from Wolfer's. Within very little time, Joel here with a great attitude and was able to fix the plumbing quickly! He even taught me what the problem was and what to look for in the future. Highly recommended, especially Joel Boren. 2nd visit was today for a completely separate issue with the dishwasher, and once again not only did he show up very quickly, but he was able to once again fix the problem completely and teach me what to look for. Hayden was very communicative and responsive and got to my house quickly after my garbage disposal was leaking. He repaired it and added some extra caulking around the sink to prevent further leakage. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

I recently learned that my 85 year old neighbor had been living alone for 7 years with a non working furnace, rat infestation, and lots of deferred maintenance. I reached out to Wolfers to see if they would help me help her. Kayla was able to talk to the higher ups and waive the service call fee and same day service was dispatched. Jose and Cesar and I went to her home. They helped me move loads of rubbish out of a closet to access the crawl space. Climbed down a rickety ladder to the nastiest crawl space imaginable with pest damage. They were able to go thru the unit and fix it right on the spot. These guys were awesome and went above and beyond helping me. Wolfers cares more about just money. They care for people and community! I was not charged a penny!

Jared did a thorough and complete inspection of our two furnaces and two heat pumps. He then provided a list, with pictures, of potential future concerns. This was part of a promotional program that was a very low cost analysis. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy and looked carefully at all of our HVAC units.

Our heat pump was starting to not heat and the techs (Steven and Miguel) helped verify the problem (motor not working 4K cost). Decided to replace system (13 yrs old). Jared helped us look at options and purchase was simple. Recommend.

Alex has been here 2 time this Month. The first visit was our scheduled 6 month service for our Wolfers installed furnace and heating system. then to clean all of the and vents and ducts. Wow he is amazing. This took 4 hours; but Alex took photos of before and after. He was open to questions and never acted like I was interrupting him. It was a pleasure to have him in our home and will definitely request his services through Wolfers again. Hope we see him for our Spring service. Alex is very polite and attentive to our system. When he was finished he offered to help put my 84 year old mothers bed back and help move furniture. He also remembered to ask about my pet Squirrel Bubba Grump, and asked were there any new rescued babies yet. Alex is an awesome technician.

Ensuring me to call them again if anything was wrong they would be out to fix it. Made sure everything was working before they left. Danny was training 2 different guys when Danny came here with 1 one week, and another the next week when he came here to fix the issue and replace the part. Excellent job training with the professionalism and temperament of dealing with customers and fixing the problem. Wolfer's is lucky to have these gentlemen working for them. Thank you.

Technician Paul arrived at our home , I received a phone call prior to his arrival, he was very polite and friendly. Paul was very knowledgeable and I learned a few things from him about our HVAC. He promptly handled our issue in a timely manner. We are up and running again. Thank you!

We had a water heater failure. We tried to get our home owner's warranty to cover it. Unfortunately, they couldn't even get someone dispatched out to us as the plumbers in their network were booked out to an unknown time frame. We finally decided to call Wolfer's to see if they could come take a look. They got us lined up for a visit the same day. We had the pleasure of getting Maguire Neadow. He went above and beyond- From getting the problem diagnosed to dealing with our warranty people (who ended up not being helpful at all with the problem) to helping us get everything set up and finalized. He started ASAP and got us back up and running with a new water heater all in the same day. We want to thank Wolfer's for having such a knowledgeable and professional employee who was dedicated to answer all our questions and concerns and take care of the problem from start to finish. Very thorough review and suggestions for solutions to problems

Johnny with Wolfer's electrical division was here today to inspect our electrical system. He was very professional and thorough. He went over every question that we had. We're very pleased that he's going to be the electrician to come out and do work for us. Wolfer's has been extraordinary. Highly recommend.

Another update: I recently had Wolfer's come to fix a clogged drain and small leak. My last plumber made me wait a week for a similar problem. Wolfer's was here within an hour! Sean, my technician was fabulous. He clearly outlined options and fixed both issues within an hour. He even showed me how to remove the p-trap myself, with secret plumber tips! As I tell all my friends, Wolfer's will take care of you! This is an update to my review. Another happy transaction, this time for fixing a leaking pipe. Great job by Eddie and Abe. Thanks guys! Previous work: My heating system has now been installed. Teo and Davis did a fabulous job. The workmanship is excellent. They were on time, left the place clean and answered all my questions. My technician, Steven Santos,did a very thorough analysis of the heat pump, furnace and controller. He did a good job of explaining the issues and answering my many questions. He provided an estimate for repairs and seamlessly arranged for someone to come to the house, analyze the system and provide an estimate for replacing the heat pump. This was very reasonable given the age of the unit. Steven was a pleasure to work with: professional, thorough, informative and curteous.

Greatly appreciate having my furnace inspected annually by Wolfer's as part of my service plan. They handle reminders and scheduling which is a must for my hectic lifestyle. This latest inspection was performed by Yesh. His inspection was thorough and professional, and a few important maintenance items were identified to keep my furnace healthy and running efficiently. He helped select the most critical items to address now and he was able to perform the maintenance a few days later when parts were on hand. Jared was extremely helpful, quickly identified issues and expedited support from his team to get replacement parts on schedule.

Had some electrical outlet issues. Called a few electrical repair contractors. Wolfer's responded immediately to my call at 4PM & an electrican was on-site next morning by 10:30 am. Problem assessment by Braxton Kinsey, the electrician was quick as were the repairs. They weren't the cheapest but then again, selecting the low cost provider for electrical services did not appear wise considering one of the outlets was 220V.

Vitalli and Christian completed multiple projects for us today that look phenomenal. We purchased an older home that required update fixtures in the interior and exterior, addressing miscellaneous cables, and installing lighting in our garage. They were professional and informative throughout the time they were in our home. Looking forward to having Wolfer’s assist us with future projects.

Danny came by to service our HVAC system as part of our annual maintenance contract. He was polite, well-mannered, patient and did a great job explaining everything he was doing. He took his time and provided a thorough and detailed report of the adjustments he made as well as the condition of the system. Very happy and would recommend to anyone who wants hassle free maintenance of their HVAC system.

Danny and Josh were awesome, friendly, professional, and actually seemed to enjoy working on our ancient furnace (which might deserve a museum display). Our heat pump hadn’t been touched in years, and now it’s running so smoothly I half expect it to start making coffee. No nonsense, no drama, just great work and great personalits . I’d call them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them if you want your HVAC to actually work instead of just looking important. Our technician Steven was prompt, professional and was able to diagnose the problem. He also offered us the maintenance plan which we felt was an excellent value for early detection and/or prevention of possible issues. We’re very pleased with the whole transaction. Requested the appointment late last night and the technician was at our door at 8:30 this morning.

Daniel was great! He gave us recommendations that we will be implementing, was very thorough and we appreciated the detailed explanations as well.

After describing our electrical symptoms Tim immediately had a good idea about what he had to look at and discovered we only had 120v of our 240v circuit. With more research he determined the cause and quickly fixed the problem.
