Wolfer’s has to be #1 in Portland! We had a new HVAC put in and a new water heater. Everyone of these service members showed exceptional commitment to their craft, courtesy, HARD WORK, expertise, experience and a knowledge! The HVAC technicians Manuel G and Antonio G were top notch! Those guys are like surgeons! 10/10! The Electricians Steve R and Ryan V I barely have words for! The best I can say is above and beyond! I’d hire those electricians in a heartbeat! 10/10! The water heater guy was great too, so fast and efficient I barely saw him and his trainee! It was a long day but these guys did it in 1 and that’s all that matters! Wow! A+ 10/10… this crew deserves a bonus! Hope to see some of them in the future! (Side note: David (sales) and Miguel (repair tech) were just as good and top notch! And maybe a tiny bit “funner” to hang with and showed us ALL the things that were missed by past companies! I know more from a hour of talking with them about HVAC than I have in 40 years!)

We have used Wolfer's for several projects. Firstly, we used them to get a new furnace, after our Lennox furnace that was installed in the 2000's by Garoken Energy that closed was aged. Wolfer's installed a new state of the art Lennox that is a dream in winter. We now have used them for several electrical upgrades. The dispatch phone team is a pleasure to interact with, & the field installation technicians are fast, prompt, & knowledgeable, & super professional.

My wife and I continue to be pleased with the quality of service we receive from Wolfer's, as well as with the very high calibre of the personnel from Wolfer's whom we have encountered (in person or by phone). Yesterday, Mr. Shawn Downs responded to our request for an annual check-up for our 13-year old furnace. I found him to not only be professionally impressive -- he gave me a thorough rundown on the -- happily -- good news of the over-all health of our heating system, but also a most impressive individual one-on-one. Pleasant and engaging, I thoroughly enjoyed our (admittedly brief) conversations as he completed his tasks, answered my questions, and told me about Wolfer's cost-saving annual maintenance agreement. Mr. Downs gives further evidence of a company for whom hiring "the best" is a high priority. It is a pleasure doing business with Wolfer's! Yesterday, Tuesday, June 9, 2026, we had our annual maintenance visit performed by Miguel Sanchez, a smart young man who allowed me to overlook his shoulder while he did his work and talked me through what he was doing and finding. It was very interesting and I learned quite a few things, not least about how complex these newer machines are. Our Lennox air conditioner -- purchased from and installed by Wolfer's -- is now 12 years old and, thankfully, continues to perform well. We continue to call on Wolfer's for this service because of our long association with them and their consistently demonstrated high standards of customer service and clear communication. I also want to commend Mr. Sanchez, not only for his fine work, but also for his kindness in going over what he was doing and explaining the things they look for that signify actual or potential problems. He did a great job of installing the new water heater, replacing a pressure valve in the crawlspace and installing an expansion tank on the new water heater. Joseph Banut is a wonderful journeymen electrician. He provided excellent service and communications, quote explained in full detail and all work done in 1.5 days. This was a huge job since home was not grounded and electrical panel was a fire hazard! I have the Wolfers maintenance agreement and it has paid for itself 2 times over and we get priority scheduling. Financing options were great and we now have peace of mind! Couldn’t be happier with the techs, managers, despatch and front office! thanks Wolfers!! We have used Wolfers for plumbing as well and very happy with all their home services. Highly recommend!

Yesh & Steve were fantastic and very professional. They provided a lot of information after their service of my HVAC system. There were repairs that they brought to my attention that should be addressed, but did not pressure me into making any decisions immediately. Both of these individuals made me feel like they were looking out for their customers needs and making sure those were met!

We noticed our dryer vent was getting full of lint, so we called Wolfers for help. Although dryer vent cleaning is typically an add-on service during an HVAC appointment, they were happy to send someone out specifically for the dryer vent, which we really appreciated. Justin did an outstanding job. Our dryer vent is located on the second floor, and he thoroughly cleaned the vent while also taking the extra time to clean out the surrounding gutters and wipe down the vent flaps. What really impressed me was his attention to detail—he even pulled out a portable vacuum and vacuumed our turf afterward to make sure no lint was left behind. Justin was friendly, professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and shared practical tips for reducing lint buildup and maintaining the vent in the future. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Justin, thank you for the wonderful service. We truly appreciate your hard work and would highly recommend both you and Wolfers to anyone needing dryer vent cleaning or HVAC services.

Todd Forrest was my technician. He was prompt, courteous, and I appreciate his detailed to attention by wearing shoe covers as he enters the home. He explained every step he planned to do very clearly, made sure I understood the information, and according me the potential charges for my approval. I appreciate his professionalism and directness which gave me a lot of confidence that the work will be done professionally and the charges will be reasonable. Upon completion of his work, the air condition worked very well. I told him I was interested in getting a plan to have the company come in every year to do a tune-up. He told me about a discount program that would lower my total charge for this work and made it worthwhile to sign up for the maintenance program. Todd is an excellent technician and provides confidence to his customers.

Justin made sure the gas line was in working order and then connected the grill and verified all was working correctly. Then he showed me what I need to do to use it. Torsen and Eric came out to check the AC issue I was having. The thermostat and the AC unit were not linking up - plot twist it’s because a piece of the electrical panel was fried after a recent power outage in the neighborhood.Happy with the service and the fix.

Joseph from Wolfer's did an electrical inspection on my house and found some updates that needed to be done on the breaker box. He was able to install a surge protector and switch out breakers quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Mark from Wolfer's was also here and did a plumbing inspection on my house. He was very thorough and professional. Loved his sense of humor! He pointed out a couple things that might need attention some time in the future, but otherwise everything checked out in good shape.

One week ago today, Wolfer's Home Services installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in our townhome. As is many townhomes our furnace is located in the master bedroom up in part of the vaulted ceiling in a space with a 29"x29" opening. This presented no problem for this amazingly professional and efficient crew of at least four people. They worked continually from 8:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. with a break for lunch. At the end they did a complete run through of the new thermostat to make sure we would operate the systems. The crew had gone to great lengths protecting our stairs and carpets, covering everything, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Wolfer's to anyone needing home services. They are truly outstanding.

We had our routine AC service completed today, and I just wanted to say what a great experience we had. Our technician was very polite, professional, informative, and helpful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered our questions, and did a very thorough job. He even cleaned up our outdoor AC unit, and it honestly looks fantastic now. He also took time to share information with us about a newer air filtration system that could help our family members with allergies breathe a little easier and help keep the air cleaner in our home. We’re definitely looking forward to considering that option in the future. Excellent service all around, and we really appreciated the care and attention to detail!
