Ryan the plumber was friendly, professional and walked me through what he was going to do. He prepared an estimate and we went over it.

Wolfers quoted us yesterday and today they installed a new AC unit, electrical panel, furnace and water heater. The team was very efficient, respectful and knowledgeable. For instal they said we’d be without electricity for 6 hours, and they were spot on. They really know their stuff! After all the installs they walked me through everything they did including how to work the new smart thermostat. I will be recommending them to all family friends.

Tim Alagoz installed our new dining room light fixture today and did a wonderful job. He arrived and offered us a quote and said he could install the fixture right then. 25 minutes later the installation was done! Tim was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, personable and has a designer's eye. Thank you, Tim for a job well done and it was a pleasure to meet you!

This was a service call included in our contract. Joshua Clark was very prompt, professional, and friendly. He took his time, then carefully explained everything to me while showing related pictures. He also offered us various upgrade options but was not pushy like some contractors can be. We never felt any pressure to buy, just more informed than before

Todd, our technician, was absolutely an amazing person! He communicated extremely well. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. He kept us up to speed on what he was doing and why. We appreciated him listening to us and answering all of our questions! He did our annual air conditioning service and fixed a problem we were having with our thermostat. He also explained what we can do ourselves if the thermostat problem happens again. So happy he was the technician that got sent to our appointment.

This has been our first time and the best experience we have had with Wolfers Home Service. We were installing a light fixture and changing our switch and in the process some where there was a short and we lost power in the living room. Other spaces interconnected were also shut off and resetting the circuit panel did not help. I literally panicked and needed immediate help after seeing a spark from the switch outlets. The home service we normally call didn't have a same day appointment and I crossed fingers and called wolfer's. To my surprise I had a technician at my door step in less than an hour of calling. And Tim was super friendly and knowledgeable. He looked into our issue and stayed until our concern was addressed rather than just winding up the appointment after everything turned back on. In today's world, little fo I see companies like this and people like Tim. 100% recommend for any power related issues in future ! Thank you !

Service technician, Erik Amaro, came out and did a maintenance checkup on our A/C unit. He notified us when he was 20 mins away so we knew to expect him. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the system. He was efficient and completed his maintenance check in about an hour. We are on the Wolfers maintenance plan. Best value around.

Riley was great. There was open communication in regards to his estimated time of arrival. Upon showing up, he diagnosed the problem quickly and restored our power. He provided information about potential future issues, as well as solutions to fix such issues. He was warm and personable, it didn’t feel like having a service technician in our house, but more like a knowledgeable friend. The service we had from Miguel was by far THE BEST we’ve ever experienced in 33 years of maintenance/inspection on our hvac systems. He was thorough, and explained to us in detail what we could fix in order to get more time out of our heat pump and furnace. At our request, he set us up with an appointment to discuss replacement options with David ( who was also amazing)!

Thank you Wolfers for another A+ experience. I was so happy with the service Steven gave us on our air conditioner, I called Wolfers for service on our furnace. Ethan was on time, professional, explained the problem he found and showed me a picture so I could see the problem. Ethan told me about the Wolfers Value Plan for about $220 a year. Because I bought the plan, I got a 15% discount on the part I needed and saved $275…..plus my next air conditioning and furnace service is covered with the plan. My part was ordered on a Monday and Ethan was back on Thursday to install the part. I had carpet cleaners coming in the afternoon, so the nice lady who scheduled my appt made special arrangements for the part to be installed in the morning. Would like to thank Ethan for his Outstanding Service and going Above and Beyond to make sure my furnace won’t fail me this winter. Ethan is a hard worker who truly cares about his customers. So happy to do business with Wolfers!

I cannot rave enough about the high quality service of Wolfer's Home Services. We were getting a long awaited hot tub delivered, but needed a 230v outdoor outlet/connection installed. I had many quotes for the work, and this company was not only a mid-range price, but also was the only company that did a safety check of THE WHOLE HOUSE, to make sure our electrical system could handle the upgrade, but also was the only company that said it would be safer to burry the line to avoid possible electrocution for ourselves and animals. They also found that our 1960s electrical box had no surge protector. We upgraded not only for the hot tub, but for our $$$ solar panels. Now all protected and insured through the upgrade. The installation was super fast scheduling and Joseph and Gianni worked ALL day, past the scheduled work hours due to some hiccups with our DYI hot tub deck. They also returned later to put in a grounding wire on our gutter, to meet the high standards of the state permit standards. These gentlemen deserve more than just the free soda I offered freely, but a raise and a well earned vacation. I will use this company 100% again moving forward. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I was impressed and completely satisfied with the professionalism and skills of everyone who was involved with the sale and installation of our heat pump. Our sales rep, Ken, was personable and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our home systems: ie windows, insulation, vent diameters, electrical box etc. before recommending a unit for us. We had a proficient installation team who were respectful and friendly. The heat pump kept us cool through a record setting heat wave. I am delighted with this purchase. I have already recommended Wolfer's to a friend.

Both techs were experienced, professional and friendly. They repaired our AC and furnace and fixed everything to its original status plus installed two surge protectors. I would recommend these two anytime.

Edit to add 2026: Jef did full HVAC inspection. He was thorough in his explanation of his findings and associated recommendations. It's been four years since the installation and I am still satisfied with the system and the services provided. ---------------------------------- Our dealings with the entire purchase to install to inspection was so smooth we almost could not believe it. Wolfer's—representing Costco and Lennox—came in with absolutely all the information we might have wanted. Our sales representative, Matt, was smart and informative discussing what each level of furnace and A/C unit would bring us. We were informed that due to supply issues it might be more than 6 weeks before we could expect installation; everything was installed in one week! The install team, led by Levi, arrived, went straight to work and finished the furnace work before end of day. We had great heat that night. The second half of the work happened the following day and, again, was smooth and no bother to us at all. Costco followed up with a couple status reports, and the city inspectors came at the end of the same installation week. Everything was reported to be at specification and passed all visual checks.

We have a ductless heat pump system. We use Wolfer's and particularly appreciate Steve because he is extremely efficient, professional and knows the ductless systems very well. After working with him for 3 years, I would recommend him and Wolfer's without reservation.

The installation team was on time, professional and efficient with their time. I worked from home that day to be around for any questions and they maybe interrupted one time with a courtesy to inform me of noise. Chris and Edgar showed up on time and did an excellent job (10 out of 10) cleaning and servicing my heat pump and air handler system. They made helpful recommendations that will save me time and money in the future. My thermostat was unreadable most of the time and they fixed it in just a few minutes which was a big relief. Our furnace had stopped working and after trying everything I could find on the internet, including replacing an extremely dirty air filter, I called Wolfers as they had installed the original system 5 years ago. From the person I spoke with in my original call, to the dispatcher who called me back within 30 minutes, to the technician who also called me within 30 minutes, the teams were stellar. The two technicians, Art & Steve, arrived shortly thereafter and I relayed the steps I had done then showed them where the furnace was. Within about 20 minutes I could hear the heater turning on and felt the hot air coming through the vents. They then came back into the house and explained exactly what was wrong. They didn't have to get any new parts they just cleaned one hose and that was it. I have to hand it to the company, they appear to be a very well run company and have excellent customer support. Our service was on time and the service technician, Armani, was excellent. Explained everything very clearly and was very friendly. Went above and beyond to reattach a pipe cover that had come off. I loved the pictures of everything that was observed and completed throughout the process. I’m including a picture of our air conditioner condensing coils half way through the cleaning process. The difference was amazing. Glad we got this service done!

Jared was very informational and walked me through the process of what repairs needed to be done to my AC unit. He let me know all of the repairs and cost of each part. He explained into detail what repairs from the ac unit needed to be replaced and what parts were damaged. Jared was also very nice and polite.

Brandon came out to our home and was on the water heater replacement immediately. He knew what he was doing. He also fixed several leaky hose bibs outside. We're very glad to have those issues behind us. We'd hire Wolfer's again without hesitation.

From start to finish the team was professional and efficient. Manual took pictures to accommodate my handicapped status to explain the work. Manuel also walker through the new thermostat and helped me download the app. We were impressed from start to finish.

Wolfers has been such a huge help. We recently had our HVAC system checked, and Paul did an amazing job. He explained everything clearly, patiently answered all of my questions, and was incredibly friendly throughout the appointment. What I appreciated most was that he thoroughly explained all of the repair options without making me feel pressured or pushed into upsells. He simply laid out the information, answered my questions honestly, and gave me the space to make the best decision for our home. Brian was a great Plumber from Wolfers He noticed that I didn’t have a pressure backflow preventer, which should’ve been installed when my house was built because my reading was giving off a higher amount of water pressure than what it should be so I had him install the pressure backflow preventer, and the tank that comes along with it to make sure no pipes will burst in my sinks or toilets and anywhere. he did the job in less than a couple hours. He was on time when he said he was going to be there overall he’s a great plumber. Best one I have had so far!! Also Justin an Art great HVAC technicians they gave pointers and knew what they were talking about and always try to find the best plan for you. Appreciate all your work guys.!

The entire experience from the way the receptionist & dispatcher handled our need for service to the technician that was dispatched -Joseph Banut was highly commendable & provided us with confidence with the abilities of Wolfer's (1st time user of their servicess). Joseph was very curteous & his explainations were understandable . He delt with our problem quickly & performed his work, including an inspection of the electric pannel expeditiously . He subsequently made some sugested reasonable improvements which were accepted.

We had our Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Mini-Split serviced today as part of our routine maintenance. The technician, Art Palomo, was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He was also thorough in checking the many components of our system and explained what to keep an eye on as some of the components are beginning to show signs of aging. We've been very happy with the installation and maintenance Wolfer's has provided over the past few years.

I was very impressed with Ian Skiles and his team. They installed a new heat pump, electric panel, and two bathroom fans. The work was done promptly (the next day after initial contact) and efficiently. Every effort was made to explain how the new systems worked and how a homeowner could benefit from them. I signed an ongoing maintenance agreement and look forward to future visits

The plumber arrived on time and fairly quickly evaluated the issue. No repair was needed which was nice but it was informative. Thank you.

TJ was very kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things that needed maintenance and what some preventative measures could’ve taken to ensure a good functioning system. He didn’t pressure me into doing any upgrades, just let me know what the estimates were and if I wanted to do them in the future, that was a possibility. Plus he dealt with my super barky dog and wasn’t even bothered by him!

Wolfers had a spring tune up special going and the service was fantastic for such a low price. The tech reduced the noise my machine was producing, gave some great recommendations for new filters and got my unit running great. Will use them for future services!

The technician that worked on our heating pump cooling system (Arturo) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and did an amazing job showing us all the work he did. It was nice to see what work was done by taking video and picture on a tablet and showing us what and why of all the schematics of our heating/cooling system (which we know nothing about mechanically).
