Got my leaky shower faucet fixed. Team was very professional during the installation service on 5/12. They came on time , took time to analyze the problem and solved it and gave a tour at the end of the installation.<br><br>Jeff from Wolfers came to house to do an safety and maintenance check of the furnace systems. He was very thorough and professional with this inspection and service. He was very patient with my questions.

Falcon Magellan from Wolfer's took his time to check our A/C unit thoroughly. He opened the unit and performed all steps for cooling temperature of air in into the unit and air out through the cooling coils, he then measured the static pressure differential of air through the filter and unit. He also checked the proper voltage and amperage to make sure there is adequate current and no leaks. He also worked on outside fan unit for refrigerant condensate and cooling lines. He cleaned up the fan and air exchange filters all around this unit.<br>He communicated well and asked me for any questions. He also made few suggestions to improve the air filter quality and installing a switch to prevent the water spilling into the duct in case in the water consate line between the cooling coil pan to condensate pump plugs up.<br>Based his methodical work for two hours I give him FIVE STARS.

From their comfort consultant, Thea's, professionalism and patience explaining the various options advantages and disadvantages, to us old folks, to the installation teams. A company caring about their employees so they stay with them can be seen in how they work so well together to replace the furnace, ac and added an air purification system. We are very happy with the entire experience.

Joseph was very professional, fast, clean, detail oriented, friendly, and informative. He went over the top to make sure I understood the key points of disabling an electrical outlet froma kitchen. All the technicians at wolfers are so nice and helpful. We have had a good experience every time they’ve come out to inspect or work on our system. We recently had Yesh Taylor come out to inspect our system that stopped working and even though it was unfortunate news he was so kind and helpful and worked with us to find the best plan to move forward.

Wolfer’s has serviced my HVAC system for over 10 years, and I wholeheartedly recommend this company. While there have been small glitches over the years, the technicians have all been professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and willing to explain any problems and the options for fixing those problems. They installed a tankless water heater for me and replaced a very old AC unit with a heat pump and a new furnace. All competitively priced. Love this compsny!

Excellent Technician (Tito)! Fortunately my repair was under warranty - bought through Costco - there was a leak in my 2-yr old Lennox AC unit and it cost nothing for the repair!

My air conditioner failed at the most inopportune time, at the start of a week of 90F+ heat. I contacted Wolfer’s at 7:00am, and an HVAC service technician (Miguel S.) arrived shortly after noon the same day. Miguel diagnosed the problem as a failed fan motor, immediately checked the availability of a replacement, located one in-state and expedited a next-day shipment. All repairs were completed two days after the failure! During the entire process, Wolfer’s kept me informed several times regarding the status.<br><br>Wolfer’s customer service and quality of work is second to none, which is why they are my #1 choice for HVAC services, and Miguel was very knowledgeable and professional. He also performed a maintenance check of my AC system before putting it back into service and thoroughly explained the test results. Happy customer!

Wolfer’s did an estimate, helped us choose new equipment, a conversion to natural gas, a water heater, furnace, air conditioner, and thermostat install in 6 business days with a total time of 8 business days to include inspections and working with the gas company to get us fully operational! It was a great experience with the whole process. It started with Ken doing the bid to Jose, Raul, and Tristan doing the install. They were all a pleasure to work with and very professional. We have only had the new furnace for a few days but so nice to have heat again throughout the house and to be able to box up the space heaters.

Had an issue with an bathroom GFCI outlet and called Wolfer’s. They dispatched Service Electrician Tim Alagoz to our residence in under an hour! Tim was great and not only did he troubleshoot the outlet, but he did a comprehensive analysis of the home’s complete electrical system. He answered all of my questions graciously and shared a bit of his background as well. Amazing value for $99 and awesome service on top. 10/10

Our technician Chris G was amazing; he didn't try to oversell anything and he was so extremely thorough I can't even believe all of the different little details he checked. He let us know everything he found along with any recommendations he thought were necessary. Again, he didn't try to make us buy an expensive new package or extra things that are not immediately critical. Highly, highly recommend and will definitely use my value plan to its utmost value!! Arturo called ahead and gave me his time of arrival for my scheduled service. This aloud me to continue my project at work in my opinion this small effort is far more effective than giving a customer a large window of time. He got to work quickly and found a larger issue but quickly offered the best solution by offering me a subscription that would cut the labor costs in half. At this point my service call went into diagnostic and repair. But he was also quick to let me know that now with my subscription the service is included at no extra cost. I’ve alway been with the service this company has provided but I feel that Arturo went above and beyond my expectations and offered options on repair plans as well as showing me step by step with videos and pictures after the job was completed. I’ve worked with a lot of technicians professionally and I’d be very proud as a company if I had a few more like this on my payroll.

Joseph Banut is a wonderful journeymen electrician. He provided excellent service and communications, quote explained in full detail and all work done in 1.5 days. This was a huge job since home was not grounded and electrical panel was a fire hazard! I have the Wolfers maintenance agreement and it has paid for itself 2 times over and we get priority scheduling. Financing options were great and we now have peace of mind! This was an exceptionally good experience. Adam was very pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work and answer questions. We received same day service on a PVC pipe leak. We had originally planned to replace one segment of pipe but ultimately decided to replace all of the old plastic, very happy that the job was completed in an afternoon and even happier with the quality of the work and the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company, in large part because the customer service from Adam was absolutely excellent.

Josh showed up on time and provided a great deal of information, along with explanations and photos. Originally called to examine ourm old ( 32 years) A/C unit. He found that it was still relatively healthy, unlike our 22 year old furnace, which he examined thoroughly.<br><br>He also offered the annual maintenance plan, which was reasonably price, especially compared to my previous provider.<br><br>Will be getting estimates for a new system prophylactically rather than wait for the inevitable failure during extreme weather. He was extremely thorough at testing all aspects of the system in order to properly diagnose the issue and very courteous and professional. The issue turned out to be that the refrigerant was over-charged. He gave the system the proper refrigerant charge, and did some monitoring to ensure this resolved the system issues prior to finishing up.

20 year old hot water heater went out last night. I called Wolfer’s the in the morning and Joel came to the rescue. He arrived at 11:00am and had it replaced and the hot water running by 2:00pm. Thank you Joel for making it a great experience!!!!
