Miguel and Steven were wonderful. Miguel diagnosed our heating and air issues showed us every step of the diagnostic process and educated us on how our system should be working. Miguel was forthright about repair costs and the benefits of a large repair compared with the benefits of replacing our system. Ultimately we decided replacement was the appropriate choice for our home as our system was 20 years old. Steve analyzed our air flow in our home and did all the math to calculate the appropriate size system to adequately heat and cool our home. He provided us with 4 different options to choose from and allowed us time to ask numerous questions. He provided time for us to think over our options and then helped us finalize our purchase. Installation is scheduled in just a few days and we are so thankful to Wolfer’s, Steve, and Miguel for treating us well and ensuring our heating and cooling needs are being met. I would not hesitate to use the again in any future home we purchase and would certainly recommend them to friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers.

5 months later and we have a leak in our plumbing. Called Wolfers again because we trust them based on our prior experience. Again they impressed us.
