Trevor did heat pump / heating system inspection and was thorough and professional.

Micheal was great. He was friendly and explained everything to me even before he started. He did a great job clearing the clog that caused the water backup in the kitchen sink and dishwasher. He cleaned up everything after the job was done. Great work!!

Jordan A. serviced my mini split and is another excellent Wolfer's technician. He was very thorough, clearly explained what he was doing and why, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easily understandable. He provided good recommendations as to how to keep my mini split operating in tip top performance. Wolfer's never fails to provide exceptional service at a reasonable price. My maintenance contract is very much worth the money.

Tyler had replaced the shower cartridges as well as rewired the shower pipes. He also replaced the gasket under the kitchen sink faucet at the same time. Tyler had doing an excellent job, neat, fast, and seems easy to get the big job done 👍.

Chris came to look at our vent ducts because one of them was torn. He was extremely professional. He put a camera down the vent to see how far the rip went. He then went under the house to assess the damage as well. He was very thorough explaining everything he was doing.

Shamalle was great and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right filter for my HVAC system. They were kind, personable, and most of all knowledgeable.

Tyler was professional, explained my options and fast service responding to a high water pressure issue. Installed a PRV, and expansion tank to the water heater. Added on replacement of the shower spigot diverter which works great now.

Miguel was very thorough clean and efficient. He pointed out all of the features that were in need of repair or replacement or installment. He gave us Severalquotes for the repairs Along with payment options. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician to come out and take a look at our Furnace.

Wolfer’s saved us over Labor Day weekend!
After calling 4 other electricians/businesses, I was able to make a same day appointment with Wolfer’s .Very kind customer service, electrician was also kind and thorough spending hours replacing nearly every outlet (and a light switch) in my house. We’re lucky because several switches had burn marks and bare wires. 22 all together original outlets replaced. (house built in 1971)
And added a serge protector on the breaker box.
Feeling safer in my home .

Allen was punctual, prepared and professional from start to finish. Calling on his extensive experience, he got us through the psychological, financial, and technical hurdles quickly. In no time at all, he took the handoff from Miguel’s work, got us qualified for financing, showed us four systems, and arranged for installation to begin on the next business day.

Wolfer’s is a well-oiled machine, with proven processes for getting things done. Allen is one of the great “quarterbacks” for making that happen.

Todd was very friendly and professional. He seemed very prepared for this follow-up visit. He recalibrated our heater and discussed the ways it can be more efficient. He knew just what to do and gave clear review of what work was done.

Very good service. I had my smoke alarms malfunctioning. Called Monday and they were out on Tuesday. Braxton and Gianni were fast and efficient. Everything was explained clearly. Even the gal that answered the phone, Tara. She was so nice and understanding. I am also using them for a leaky toilet later this week.

A ductless Mini Split was needed for our condo. A reputable Lennox Advisor, Rob Consillio, visited our home to develop a proposal with options. Wolfer’s Home Services self performs all mechanical and electrical work. The team arranged permits, equipment and installation.
Crew Lead, Josh, called ahead before arriving to complete the installation. Upon arrival, Josh, Diego & Damian walked through the worksite to confirm final locations. As soon as the outdoor & indoor equipment was installed, the work continued with planning the route for line sets and condensate drains with covers.
Electrician, Tyler Dorado, proceeded to upgrade the electric panel and mount the disconnect. Work continued with wiring up equipment and removing abandoned cabinet heater connections.
All workmen were friendly, well mannered and respectful of our home. Crew worked together to protect carpeted areas and vacuum after completion.
After testing the equipment, Josh gave us operating “how to” instructions as well as printed manuals.
We are very pleased with the finished installation and highly recommend Wolfer’s Home Services to future clients.
Technician Miguel Salamanca installed a drip pan for the condenser. We reviewed options and a drain was piped into existing downspout. He was very professional and cleaned up before leaving. He was an excellent representative for Wolfer Home Services.

Our shower wasn’t warming up so Wolfer’s sent John out to help us figure out what was going on. Turns out our water pressure was way too high and had ruined the shower cartridge. He was able to give us a quote and then come back to fix the issue for us. He’s super nice and seems to have done a good job considering our water is hot again!

I had a problem with a noise in my furnace Wolfer's serviced a few weeks ago. They sent a technician out the same day. I missed the technicians arrival but fortunately he was still nearby. He found and fixed the problem and all is well.

Wolfer’s completely removed our old system and installed a new high- efficiency gas furnace and AC unit. Wolfer’s installers completed a technically complicated project and their management team worked with us closely. They listened to all of our concerns and provided us with an affordable option and financing option. We are very satisfied with the end result.

Art was very friendly very competent and very knowledgeable

I can't review their work since they never showed up for their electrical repair appointment. But I can review their service. When I called after my originally scheduled service time (booked two weeks prior), they said I was rescheduled for a later time that day and that the manager was in a meeting but would call me back to discuss. Two hours later when the manager didn't call, I was told they had an emergency and would need to reschedule for the following week. Waste of a morning...

Absolutely the Best experience. Johnny was great to deal with, he replaced a breaker that was bad causing our Oven to stop working which is frustrating for a family with 5 kids. We will always use Wolfers and refer them to everyone.

Within minutes I received a for the follow-up appointment. It showed good coordination between Chris and the home office, and I appreciate that.

Joseph was faced with a monumental challenge. I knew our circuit board was a mess, 70 years and multiple electricians in the making, and it turned out there were several fires waiting to happen. Joseph's team were here for about 12 hours and they got it done. A new circuit board - a thing of beauty.

Went over his initial findings and talked about priorities for repair and was realistic about cost concerns. A service manager came to my condo and provided an estimate the same day I called. He was friendly And professional. He explained his estimate in great detail. He even took it apart a cadet heater to see if it could be repaired or had to be replaced. Ian is a great guy.

Friendly and helpful.

All my interactions with Wolfer's have been positive, especially those with Tyler Monego related to the installation of my new water heater in May. It took a couple of months from my first appointment with Tyler until gaining HOA approval for the external exit vent portion of the install. Tyler was very patient and answered all my questions during the wait. The install went well and he returned yesterday to troubleshoot an issue with the status light on the control box. I reached out first thing Monday morning and he arrived same day only a few hours later. The issue was quickly resolved. It's great having a person like Tyler to rely on when I need help. I appreciate his great customer service attitude!

Shamalle did a very comprehensive annual check up of our newer unit. He showed us the filter and reminded us the importance of changing that regularly. He also helped us troubleshoot an issue and gave us an easy fix for the future. Thanks again Shamalle and Wolfer’s for your excellent service!!

Falcon was such a pleasure to work with. He tested and did maintenance on our heating unit and changed out a part that was leaking. He went over everything with me during and at the end of his work. Josh C. Came to our home today for service. He quickly determined the problem with our system and got that fixed.But then he went above and beyond, checking everything else out.Meanwhile explaining everything. He also gave me some good tips on how to run the system that I did not know. He was courteous and friendly. He also showed me some ad on equipment for allergy control. We appreciated the extra mile.He took to make sure our system was running great.

I was having issues with multiple GFCI outlets. I tried watching multiple youtube videos, reset breakers, etc, etc and nothing worked. Called Wolfer's and they sent Johnny out to see us. Johnny diagnosed and resolve the issue in short order and had these outlets working/replaced in no time. Enjoyed working with Johnny. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will be calling Wolfer's in the future.

I wasn't aware so super glad Wolfer’s sent him fast before the cold weather! Very minor but significant findings, and he was fast! Both finding the root cause and clearing our codes. He was perfect and very knowledgeable about getting our furnace fixed. I would welcome him back anytime.

Tito just did our annual inspection of our A/C unit today. He wore booties, was efficient and very polite. We will request him next time. He was also very nice.
