Brian was a great Plumber from Wolfers He noticed that I didn’t have a pressure backflow preventer, which should’ve been installed when my house was built because my reading was giving off a higher amount of water pressure than what it should be so I had him install the pressure backflow preventer, and the tank that comes along with it to make sure no pipes will burst in my sinks or toilets and anywhere. he did the job in less than a couple hours. He was on time when he said he was going to be there overall he’s a great plumber. Best one I have had so far!! Also Justin an Art great HVAC technicians they gave pointers and knew what they were talking about and always try to find the best plan for you. Appreciate all your work guys.!

The entire experience from the way the receptionist & dispatcher handled our need for service to the technician that was dispatched -Joseph Banut was highly commendable & provided us with confidence with the abilities of Wolfer's (1st time user of their servicess). Joseph was very curteous & his explainations were understandable . He delt with our problem quickly & performed his work, including an inspection of the electric pannel expeditiously . He subsequently made some sugested reasonable improvements which were accepted.

We had our Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Mini-Split serviced today as part of our routine maintenance. The technician, Art Palomo, was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He was also thorough in checking the many components of our system and explained what to keep an eye on as some of the components are beginning to show signs of aging. We've been very happy with the installation and maintenance Wolfer's has provided over the past few years.

Art P was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire AC service experience easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer questions and explain everything clearly. On top of that, he was incredibly sweet and patient with our pets, which we really appreciated. Great service all around — highly recommend!

I was very impressed with Ian Skiles and his team. They installed a new heat pump, electric panel, and two bathroom fans. The work was done promptly (the next day after initial contact) and efficiently. Every effort was made to explain how the new systems worked and how a homeowner could benefit from them. I signed an ongoing maintenance agreement and look forward to future visits

TJ was very kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things that needed maintenance and what some preventative measures could’ve taken to ensure a good functioning system. He didn’t pressure me into doing any upgrades, just let me know what the estimates were and if I wanted to do them in the future, that was a possibility. Plus he dealt with my super barky dog and wasn’t even bothered by him!

Wolfers had a spring tune up special going and the service was fantastic for such a low price. The tech reduced the noise my machine was producing, gave some great recommendations for new filters and got my unit running great. Will use them for future services!

When Todd and Jef arrived at the house, they provided step by step detail of the service for the time spent on my HVAC system. When they were done, they provided me with easy to understand details about Service. These guys are well trained, thorough,and made me feel like they were working for me. Great Overall experience.

This little guy disappeared, and guess where it was discovered; yep. Thanks Jace and Sean for getting this fixed on the same day I called. And of course my toilet was extra challenging with bolts cut too short, but you got it off and even fixed the anchor parts, so it won’t be a problem to remove in the future. Friendly and thorough service on the whole job!

Another update: I recently had Wolfer's come to fix a clogged drain and small leak. My last plumber made me wait a week for a similar problem. Wolfer's was here within an hour! Sean, my technician was fabulous. He clearly outlined options and fixed both issues within an hour. He even showed me how to remove the p-trap myself, with secret plumber tips! As I tell all my friends, Wolfer's will take care of you! This is an update to my review. Another happy transaction, this time for fixing a leaking pipe. Great job by Eddie and Abe. Thanks guys! Previous work: My heating system has now been installed. Teo and Davis did a fabulous job. The workmanship is excellent. They were on time, left the place clean and answered all my questions. My technician, Steven Santos,did a very thorough analysis of the heat pump, furnace and controller. He did a good job of explaining the issues and answering my many questions. He provided an estimate for repairs and seamlessly arranged for someone to come to the house, analyze the system and provide an estimate for replacing the heat pump. This was very reasonable given the age of the unit. Steven was a pleasure to work with: professional, thorough, informative and curteous.

Orion was very informative, and friendly. I've been using Wolfer's for years now and everytime they've given us great service. Orion was able to offer several tips and point out options for our plumping service.

We recently purchased a Daikin HVAC system from Wolfer’s, a significant and once-every-30-years expense and, thus, a careful and cautious purchase! We are very pleased with the system and with the Wolfer’s installation team. The removal of the old and installation of the new system in one day is impressive. Every member of the Wolfer’s team from the sales process through installation is knowledgeable, competent and courteous. We also appreciate that a member of the Wolfer’s team returned several weeks after installation to clean the heat ducts as part of our purchase, helping to ensure maximum efficiency of our new system. We were very pleased with our Wolfers technician, Hanza. He did a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting all of our 5 ductless units. He also inspected and cleaned our outdoor unit. Highly recommend the service plan. Wolfers reached out to schedule the HVAC maintenance and they made it happen around my schedule. The morning of the appointment I received a call and text as heads up and with timing. Then Armani performed our maintenance and did a great job. Was super thorough and documented everything. Made this home task as seamless as possible!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with David Wright from Wolfer’s that he will now be our go to guy for any repair or installation that requires a plumber. He was professional, very friendly, nice and knew exactly what we needed to fix our shower faucet. We had called and got estimates from other plumbers in the area but the amount they wanted to charge was ridiculous! David fixed ours for a service fee as he said it was a simple fix. Talk about a good company that’s not out to drain you dry. David Wright is a great asset to Wolfer’s!! We are going to have him install our dish washer and garbage disposal at a later date.

I had Joshua Clark out today to service my AC. Although I had to pay alot to have him fix a few things, he answered all my questions and walked me through it step by step. He wasn't annoyed with all my questions and made me feel comfortable with spending the money as we don't want the unit failing during a heat wave. When showing me what failed, he showed me the testing numbers on his machine along with pointing out what was bad or leaking that I hadn't been paying attention to. Josh seems like a real asset to the company and shows that their are still great technicians out there. Thank you so much Josh Clark!!!!

These folks do great work! I recently needed an emergency replacement of my hot water heater due to a failure and huge leak all over my garage. Adam arrived and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Adam and John performed the replacement and cleanup afterwards in a timely and efficient manner - from my initial call, the actual replacement, to the water to my home being fully restored was only about 4 hrs.

Our technician Steven was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. There was a bit of sticker shock at the price, however I appreciate him presenting multiple options that included a less expensive, short term fix to get it up and running as well as an option to replace some other aging components, which we opted for. I was also pleased they could fit us in quickly.

Braxton from Wolfer’s came to check one of the electrical outlets in one of the bedrooms in our home and he replaced it for us. He then did an electrical evaluation of our home and came up with the best solution for repairs and replacement of things. Braxton was friendly and professional and very efficient! He replaced all of our smoke detectors with those that are code compliant and he checked our electrical panel to make sure it was compliant as well. We were very pleased with his work and look forward to having him return to our home for the next thing we need done!

Would gladly have Steven from Wolfer’s help us in the future! He came to see why our AC wasn’t blowing cold air. We were getting a second opinion after another company said we had a refrigerant leak and had to replace the whole system. Steven not only quickly disputed the prior company’s claim but quickly identified why our AC wasn’t working; a wire was chewed through. Steven also identified several issues that were due to the installation of the prior furnace and AC from 10 years ago. His professionalism, courtesy and thorough knowledge were greatly appreciated. We’re up and running again and really happy with the level of service provided!

Emergency water heater service.

Very easy to schedule a plumber to come out and install a new kitchen sink faucet. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. Will continue to always choose Wolfer’s and recommend.

Technician was great but I have issues with Lennox. Only 4 summers of use and my coil had a slow leak and I just about ran out of freon. $1,600+ and its working for now until they can get me new coils. If your seeing this post Lennox I could sure use some help!!! G

I've never really had a bad experience with an HVAC company, but this one definitely went above and beyond! Our technician Arturo was amazing; he didn't try to oversell anything and he was so extremely thorough I can't even believe all of the different little details he checked. He let us know everything he found along with any recommendations he thought were necessary. Again, he didn't try to make us buy an expensive new package or extra things that are not immediately critical. Highly, highly recommend and will definitely use my value plan to its utmost value!!

Had AC maintenance. It is a very old unit so I feared that I would be too old and have to be replaced or have a very expensive repair. Instead I was told it was miraculously working just fine for another season!!!

Always great service from Wolfers! Just got an AC tune up and check by Jericho M. He replaced the filter I had been putting off and tuned up my AC in preparation for summer! Thank you, Jericho! Would definitely recommend Wolfers!

We could not be happier with our AC tune-up performed by Erik Amaro. He spent about an hour and 45 minutes. He explained all the diagnosis and cleaning. He took pictures of all our hardware and the readings from his multimeter for future reference. The price was $49. We will happily call them back to tune-up our furnace this Fall.

Arturo just finished my tech service. He did an amazing job. He walked me through every step of what he did and showed me all of the photos as a result of his work. As a homeowner who does not know much about heating and cooling systems. (As many of us do not lol) I appreciate the care he took to walk me through that entire process. Thanks a lot for your hard work.!

Steven Santos provided our AC/Furnace tune up service today and was super helpful. Patiently and clearly explained all the work performed and got us ready for the summer.

Arrived on time. Did a thorough check. Replaced a part onsite instead of having to come back. Checked in regularly to see if I had any questions. Very professional all the way around.

Today we had our annual air-conditioning service. Arturo was the technician and he was very professional, friendly, thorough. I would highly recommend him for my next service or for anybody’s service.
