We had a couple outlets stop working in our living room. Braxton Kinsey came over from Wolfer's and diagnosed the problem right away. He did an inspection on our outlets and breaker box as well. We recently moved into our home and had a shower that was slow to drain causing a back up. Called Wolfer’s because it was a drain set up that we were not familiar with. The dispatcher Sherry called back literally within 5 minutes and told us that a drain specialist would be out to assist within 2 hours. Jace Jones texted and called to say that he was on his way. Jace was fantastic! He took the time to show us how to remove the drain cover and cleared out the problem before we realized it! Jace was friendly, communicative, professional and helpful. This won't be our last time using Wolfer’s and will definitely be requesting for Jace in the future!

Wolfer's solved our issue in a timely and kind manner. Per my mis-communication regarding our need, we worked with Chris G., Maintenance Technician and then,Art P., Diagnostic and Service Tech. Both were professional and kind. Art explained each step he took to get our AC working again. He also helped solve airflow issues that we have experienced since purchasing our home. Per our experience, we signed up for Wolfer's Value Plan in order to have access to great service and pricing going forward.

James came out for our annual ac service. He was very thorough in his evaluation and has excellent customer service and communication skills.

Josh and Falcon did an excellent job,, very professional job on the outdoor AC unit. They both explained the issues at hand and the maintenance it needed to be replaced. They updated the Compressor Capacitor to the right size also updated Fan Capacitor.<br>Clean and washed AC unit equipment, it was filled of white dog hair. I had been trying to get my fore alarm to stop false alarms for literally years, changed detectors changed batteries and no one could stop it. Hired handymen called the fire department 2x! Finally after it went off at 5:00am and 5:30am one weekend morning I called Wolfer’s and they sent someone in just a couple of hours. Johnny checked everything and gave me some choices how to go forward and fixed the problem! Now I get to sleep and am atill safe. No more false alarms!

Jose was great doing my annual AC inspection! Courteous, kind and knowledgeable. We have the value plan which is great since they always call us to schedule and I don’t even have to think about anything 🙂

Sales and installation were all top notch! Pricing was competitive and not the lowest bid, but we used Wolfer’s for their outstanding reputation. Replaced entire HVAC in one day, everything was done perfectly. This was a big investment with a lot of work involved, and our experience reinforced that we hired the right company to do it.

He discovered the problem was our 26 year old furnace, which was a goner, and was so polite and helpful. Then we had Blaine come the very next day to replace our furnace. He was great! And the technician Edgar was very thorough and explained everything very clearly for our hvac maintenance. He was very nice and I appreciated his professionalism very much. He even helped to capture my dog who got out accidentally! They'd become buddies. Unbelievably great service. Damian and Nick were fantastic in their approach and workmanship. Full house re-pipe, new service line and tankless water heater in a very short amount of time. Could not be happier with the results. We felt that our needs were understood, and the every step of the process was explained well. I had a fantastic experience with TJ from Wolfers. My AC died over the weekend and TJ promptly saved the day. Even though it was a weekend emergency call, TJ didn't charge me extra, gave me excellent insight into the problem, and even recommended some modestly priced improvements to the system. We are back up and running and I could not be happier. Ask for TJ when you call.

I have Wolfers value plan and have everything checked every year. My AC Evaporator Coil had a very small leak which was found by their technicians Jose and Falcon. They had the part installed in a few days and my house cooling like it should. Jose and Falcon were very professional and answered every question I had. If I ever have a problem, I hope they are the ones to respond. They were great!

Brandon Remington came out to help us detect a leak. He went ovwr wvery possibility with us and showed us where our meter was and gave us a rundown of the repairs we'll need. He was professional and kind and I cannot recommend him enough! Thank you so much, Brandon!

We went with Wolfer's to replace our AC and Heater in our townhome a year or two back.<br><br>Prices were reasonable given that was when all the prices were so high for things like AC units—we make a point to not always go with the cheapest when it's something we're going to rely on for a long time, and Wolfer's is the type of place who's going to get it done right and take good care of you in the process.<br><br>They pitched us a newer service which was where they come out a few times a year and do preventative maintenance to keep things running smoothly and take care of your setup, I figured we would give it a go so we signed up.<br><br>That service has been so good, but this last visit on Tuesday made me want to post about it. So their tech James M. came out to do an AC and heater checkup, and found that at some point in the last 6 months (since their last checkup) my heater exhaust ducting had slipped off the outlet that goes through my roof, meaning there's been carbon monoxide pumping into my attic! I have 2 kids under 5, a spouse, and 3 cats here, and that's a clear danger to everybody.<br><br>Now, my heater room doesn't have a proper access to the attic space, it has kind of a janky hole that you sort of slither through to get up there. James is the kind of guy who has a family too and wants to take good care of people, so he slithered up there, saw that, and fixed it as part of the routine service which didn't cost additional over the annual fee for the service.<br><br>He also found two wires that had broken shielding and were shorting to ground, was blackened and definitely impacting function, and fixed that too, nice and tidy.<br><br>Can't recommend the company and the annual care service enough—I basically never slither up into my attic so there's no telling how long that would have been spraying carbon monoxide into my attic and leaking into my house before I found it.<br><br>And James was a total rockstar, appreciate you man! It's rare to find companies these days that take good care of people, but they're out there!

Came home from vacation and our ac unit stopped working , called and they were able to come out within 24 hours !Jeff was great , very professional,polite ( a dog person and a UofO fan ) quickly assessed the ac unit and explained what was wrong and broke down cost etc , fixed the ac unit within 30 mins . Their monthly plan for inspections is so worth the piece of mind with your home !

I’ve had such a great experience with Wolfer’s on my current A/C issue. Technician’s Chris Buckley and Johnny Rael are amazing. My A/C unit stopped working, Chris was dispatched and quickly determined that it wasn’t the actual A/C unit but was an electrical issue that caused the problem. Discovered was significant heat damage in the outdoor disconnect and described the issue and showed me the damage. Chris then called in to have Wolfer’s electrician dispatched to diagnose and repair the electrical issue. Johnny arrived shortly afterwards and completed the repair at the outside disconnect. All phases were explained in detail which I really appreciated. I also chose to have circuit breakers replaced and a whole home surge protector installed. I am truly grateful for Chris and Johnny’s team work, knowledge, experience and professionalism.

Cody was thorough and professional. I will specifically request him next time.

What can I say about the gentleman you sent to me today,Tremton was absolutely fantastic. Polite kind sweet and he was so easy to talk to. He explained everything bit by bit, and if I had any questions he was happy to answer then for me. Honestly I believe wolfers have hired a fantastic worker for your company. And I wouldn't mind having him come out and do it again later when I need it. Thank you very much and I will still keep warpers all the time. Please send him all the time. He is fantastic and he's easy to work with.

Bryndon did a fantastic job of maintaining our air conditioner and evaluating our heater system and installing a new capacitor for our air conditioner. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional.

Justin N. & Jonathan M. Were a tremendous help today and I unreservedly recommend the certified tech from Wolfers. We were told by NW Natural inspector yesterday to go get a new oven and then a thorough inspection by the guys at Wolfers showed no signs of gas leakage. I’ll be going back to NW Natural for more info and getting carbon monoxide alarms as directed by Justin and Jonathan — but they very likely saved me from a $1,000 purchase of a new stove. They checked the connectors and everything related to a possible gas and CO leak. Thanks Guys! ❤️

Art, my service tech, was awesome. Very polite, listened to our issue, quickly and efficiently diagnosed it. He walked me through what the problem was, what may have caused it, and how he was going to fix it so I understood what was going on. Luckily for us it was a straightforward job he fixed it very quickly. We discussed future maintenance, benefits of the wolfer’s annual maintenance plan, what it covered, and answered my questions I had. Could not have been happier: prompt, transparent, helpful service.

Josh came today to service both my AC and Furnace. He addressed concerns I had with my AC, and took the time to walk me through the maintenance plan offered by Wolfer’s (which I signed up for), plus some additional recommendations/add ons. As an added bonus he installed my new Ecobee thermostat very quickly. Josh was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. I’d definitely request him again for a future service visit.

Miguel Sanchez - Wolfer's HVAC technician made a trip to our My Hood cabin to inspect and service our 2008 furnace. Before arriving, we had a good conversation about tricky driving directions which Miguel followed successfully. While he worked, he was very positive and efficient. Afterwards he did a great job communicating his findings and recommendations.<br>I appreciated Miguel servicing our furnace and hope I'll see him in the future .

Art was sent to my residence on the Fourth and he couldn’t have been more efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got my A/C back up and working within minutes. 10/10 recommend Wolfer’s- ask for Art!

I worked with Joseph B. from Wolfers. He provided me with installing a surge protector and replacing my smoke detectors. Joseph was extremely professional and helpful. He explained my options and gave me needed information to select new smoke detectors. I highly recommend Jospeh and Wolfers. They treat their customers very well.

We had a need for a repairman to take a look at our central ac unit. I attempted a quick fix myself and did not get desired result.
