Fast service and friendly!

Called several companies on the weekend, none could help as furnace was dead and 27 years old.... band aid fix, applied money toward a new system and then gave a interest free loan for 18 months and full rip and replace next day in one day, yes including ac...phenomenal company, highly recommend...ask for Tea as she was fantastic to work with!

Joshua C and Steve did a thorough job searching for a refrigerant leak in my neglected ten year old Bryant a/c unit. This was quite the process and I appreciated that they kept me informed every step of the way while answering my every question. I also appreciate that my decision to stay with the old unit was respectfully accepted and that I was not pressured into purchasing a new unit which is not an option at this time. We are up and running for now which is all that I asked for…thank you guys!!!

David Wright did a fantastic job installing our new Navian Tankless water heater. Was very professional. He left no messes or issues and answered all our questions. Will definitely have Wolfer do future work.

Chris and Bryndon from Wolfers Furnace were excellent from start to finish. They came out the very next day to address a leaking furnace condensation line and quickly diagnosed corrosion in the copper tubing, replacing the flex line efficiently and cleanly. What really stood out was their thoroughness—they also investigated an issue I mentioned about the system blowing cold air at night and identified a wiring problem at the circuit panel that was causing both hot and cold air to run at the same time. They fixed it on the spot, potentially saving me from a much bigger issue down the road, especially with an upcoming home inspection. Super friendly, professional, and responsive, all for a very fair price. Highly recommend these guys for their expertise and top-notch customer service.

Office staff and installation team were helpful, professional and overall did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend for any heating/cooling needs you have! Update 2026: Still happy with Wolfer's, had Ryan and Jericho service my system recently and they were great: on time, worked fast, and communicated throughout. They even let my dog supervise their work haha. Tasso did fast work, communicative and with excellent recommendations (replacing a part under warranty before it becomes a bigger issue later on). Job well done!

James came out to do routine maintenance on our heat pump/furnace/electronic air filter. He is a very nice fellow and knows his stuff, and was very thorough. Good at explaining things, clear speaker. Even changed the air filter cartridge for us, which I muchly appreciate.

This is the first time we have had our H VAC and furnace system serviced and evaluated here in Salem. We ended up having to install a new AC unit and a new furnace due to the poor condition of the old ones and Wolfers helped us understand every single aspect of it and we felt like we got a really good deal and really knowledgeable service. Allen Burchell was our sales person and made sure every concern and question that we had was answered and we felt very comfortable moving forward.

Wow! What a great surprise it was to see Hamza at my door today to do my service inspection. I have had the good fortune of knowing Hamza for several years as he did some work to help me out at my house along with another friend of his. I was always impressed with him during that time and was delighted to see that he had gone to school for HVAC technician and accepted a position with Wolfers. I have known Hamza to be very courteous, polite, and very helpful. He presented all those same qualities today when he made the service call. In addition, he was very professional, very helpful with information, and proud of what he has accomplished and be a part of Wolfers. It made me very happy! I look forward to using him as my service technician again in the future. Wolfers is lucky to have him on staff. He will serve the company and the customers well. Thank you!

Arturo from Wolfer’s came to the house to do the HVAC system maintenance yesterday. He did a thorough inspection of my AC unit and clean it. He also cleaned the drier vent outside for a reasonable price. I am very pleased with the work that he did and will recommend him/Wolfer’s to other people!. Now, my AC is ready for the summer ☀️🌸😊.

Highly recommend these folks. Not only did they fix the problem, they improved the set up so it works even better. They also found something that would have turned into a major issue and fixed it before it got worse.

Johnny came from Wolfer's today to fix an electrical issue with my hot water heater. Not only did he figure it out quickly and fix things easily and effectively, he took the time to explain what was happening and answered every one of my many questions (I'm a curious one). The other employee who came out in the morning to check my water heater (can't remember his name unfortunately) was also fantastic and friendly. (congrats on the new baby coming this weekend!) PS My dog Betty (pictured below) loved them both and they were super kind to her too!

Art and Steve performed a routine check of the HVAC systems in both my daughter's home and my home. (This service was included through the monthly plans we have with Wolfer's for both houses.) I was very impressed with their expertise and thoroughness. They took their time to check all aspects of the systems, including taking photos of the inside of the equipment, which helped a lot in detecting problems that I couldn't otherwise see. They gave me excellent feedback about potential problems with a couple pieces of equipment, but were equally honest in assessing which equipment had no issues, so I don't feel they were trying to upsell me. Art and Steve were friendly, professional, and very conscientious about keeping my home clean, even though they had to go in and out of the house a lot. Additionally, I appreciated that they were thoughtful in trying to work quietly since my infant granddaughter was napping in the house! I like Wolfer's because they provide services for different aspects of the home: HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. I have used both their HVAC service and their electrical service. It's nice have one company that can take care of so many home upkeep needs.

Wolfer's sent Tim and Cody out for our furnace and air conditioner service and maintenance semi-annual visit. Both guys were very knowledgeable and very thorough. Complete inpections and cleaning of our equipment. Our furnace is 7 years old and the air conditioner is 23 years old. So we weren't surprised to hear we have some maintenance or replacement issues on the air conditioner and some on the furnace. They presented all the facts and answered many questions. Our next step is to meet with one of Wolfer's project managers to decide our best path forward considering time , money and future costs if we wait. Not happy about spending money but I know Wolfer's will do the best work and then keep things humming.

Justin was prompt and very professional. He listened attentively , got to work and did the leak detection test. It took him 3 tries because my hose bibs are so bad. And he had to take several long walks to get to my water meter. He remained friendly and didn't charge any extra. Thanks

New AC unit installed w both electrical and plumbing issues detected and repaired. Extremely professional company that texted photos of the workers showing up and at what time. The workers went out of their way to guarantee no damage to our carpet or paint while moving heavy equipment up into the attic. Would highly recommend Wolfers to everyone! 😎👍

Justin just serviced my air conditioner and cleaned the furnace filter. He also sealed a crack and has made the system work so much better! Alex and Andrew did a great job, answered all my questions and showed photos of what they did.

Today I had a split unit installed in a garage. Everyone that worked on this was awesome. Steve walked me through all my options and I was scheduled for the next day. Nick, Lupe, Jason and Ryan installed it. It looks great and works perfectly. Exactly what I hoped for. I highly recommend Wolfer's. They are always prompt and they keep you updated so you can go about your day with plenty of notice when they head your way.

Timely & informative

Jericho did an excellent job at my home today.

Very professional and went to extra lengths to make sure how to do things right. My furance is clean and really needed it, the ductwork is now clean and the house smells great!! They spent hours cleaning and were very professional and I never worried once while they were in my home working.

I have three guys, two installing and one electrician connecting my new mini split. They prepped my house by covering my floors and wearing shoe protectors. There was great communication between them as they figured out the best way to install a hook up My units. Then they cleaned up, vacuumed and wiped things down. Eric made sure I knew how to use the system. Each one of them had a job to do and did it well. Thank you Eric, Daniel and Alexander.

April 2026 Chris came today for HAVC maintenance. He was courteous, efficient & thorough. Highly recommend this service. October 2025 The tech called first & showed up when he said; was friendly, informative, a good listener & professional. Clearly knew what he was doing and was very thorough. Highly recommend! February 2025 Wolfers tech came by today to check on plumbing as part of our maintenance agreement. He ended up replacing our water heater which was (unknown to us) 13 years old and a water pressure valve that was no longer working- also unknown to us. Very thorough, informative & courteous! Always a great job. May 2025 Awesome job by Steven; on time , thorough, explained everything well & very friendly & courteous!

Wolfer's has always been amazing to work with. They installed my AC a few years back and now I have them come out yearly to keep up on service. Extremely knowledgeable staff and very kind and respectful. Arturo was the one who was out for service this time and he's definitely detailed oriented and knows his stuff! Highly recommend Wolfer's.

Checked the blower in the furnace, checked the thermostat, checked the pressures of the outdoor AC Unit. The tech was new, but well trained, on time, very friendly and respectful, professional, and asked good questions. He will do well in the industry. I can't find any notes in emails that had record of pressures or electrical findings of the furnace or AC. Would like those for future comparisons.

Excellent service from Brandon with Wolfers. Brandon completed a very thorough inspection of the house plumbing inside and out as well as under (Crawlspace). He reviewed his findings and showed the correct procedure to shut off outside faucets James was tech who inspected today. Very helpful and explained what his inspection revealed. He also suggested that I voice my concerns and dislike of Wolfers phone a scheduling system. 1. Phone system. All calls register as spam and are rated very high on the scale. So, I usually don't answer and am reluctant to connect with the number. 2. Robo scheduling system is terrible. It took me at least twice as long to schedule and then, despite confirming April 10 as service date, the service stated, March 27 ,(date of call) as service date! #*%! A live person had to call to let me know that April 10 was service date. My time is valuable and not to be wasted on this. Please reconsider if this is how you want your company viewsed by your customers. Note: I have already expressed my displeasure to several friends.

Time and time again, we turn to Wolfers—for heating, air conditioning, electrical, and now plumbing—and every experience has been consistently positive. Their team is professional, reliable, and always does excellent work. Highly recommend!

Update: James came today to do maintenance check/work on our furnace and AC and was very pleasant and personable. It took him about 2 hours and was very efficient. We love Wolfer's maintenance plan (approx $20/month) it truly gives you peace of mind. We've work with Wolfer's for several years and have never had any problems. We recommend this company to anyone! We're in the process of renovating and want to change out our electic range to a gas range. Contacted NW Natural Gas and they sent us a list of approved vendors. When we saw Wolfer's was on the list it was a no brainer. We had Wolfer's install an AC and a more efficient gas heater back in 2021 and we signed up for their yearly maintenance plan and are very pleased with their services. Today Matt Febus came out thinking he was just going to give us an estimate and we thought he was going to do the install of the gas line for the range (so a bit of miscommunication). When we explained to Matt our thoughts, he said he'll give us the estimate and if he can he'd install the line right then. We agreed to the estimate and he completed the job of installing the line and he found a gas leak on our hot water heater and fixed that as well. Matt went above and beyond to make us happy, reduced our stress, and did a great job!!! Matt is a down to earth kind of guy, with a great sense of humor, polite, considerate, and has a great customer service attitude! Nothing was a big deal and because he looked to see we have this maintenance agreement, he gave a discount. We greatly appreciate that with our renovation costs as well. A BIG THANK YOU TO MATT!!!!

Our technician Todd was very personable and thorough with his work despite not being the person who originally inspected and quoted the job. The AC is back in shape and ready for summer.

I had the scheduled maintenance done on my a/c unit today. Joshua C. was quick and thorough and extremely polite and took the time to explain my options concerning an issue with the 10 year old unit.

Eric was awesome. He has knowledge and answered my questions. Very helpful with a possible new thermostat that I could understand and program easily. You have a good employee in Eric.

Austin came out this morning and worked for several hours cleaning 13 vents and 2 returns. It had been a few years and we have cats so it was definitely needed. He did a great job of before and after photos, cleaned up all equipment afterwards and put all the vent covers back. It will be so nice to have fresh air in time for the AC to turn on this coming season.

Tito made sure our HVAC was in tip top shape and explained everything clearly. He was really polite and knowledgeable, thanks!
