I was having trouble with our thermostat connecting to The furnace and Joshua was so wonderful explaining how everything worked and getting us set up to get a new thermostat. He went out of his way to check out a vent duct I was having issues with as well.

Excitedly bought a much needed refrigerator. When preparing the old fridge the night before delivery, we discovered our water shut off valve handle was broken. With no way to turn off the water, we were in need of same day service to replace and finish our installation. Wolfer was able to provide same day scheduling, review of work and repairs.<br><br>Jason was our technician and was excellent. He was extremely professional, and took the time to walk through the home to advise of additional preventative issues that may arise in the future. He explained our options and the priority of work that was recommended. He was also able to advise the best course of action of repairing vs. replacement. He also went out of his way to make the dry wall repair as simple as possible for us (see the photo).<br><br>We will absolutely be working with Jason again in the future for the additional work discussed. He explained what was wrong, gave me three options, and even showed me how to flush my hot water heater (some basic maintenance I was a little embarrassed to admit I’d neglected)!<br><br>He was also just really easy and fun to chat with, which is always a nice bonus. Great communication before the appointment, clear and comprehension explanation of my situation during the house visit. Justin was very helpful to determine that I did not have a leak in my house, despite the high water bill. He answered all my questions and did a few extras test to show me that there was no leak as I was troubled by the initial findings.

Well done Wolfer's! Thanks for prepping our heat pump for the next cold front coming in or the next heat wave as well. This was all done so our dog, Shasta, will be comfortable and perhaps bark at us less. Also, the service technician, chris, was on time and professional too.

5 stars all the way around for Justin Lewis! He came to our house to look at our mini splits, and found heavy mold growth on the fan inside of each of our 4 units. He professionally disassembled each unit, and thoroughly cleaned each fan - creating a safer and healthier air quality inside of our home. Clean air is very important to us, as our son has lung issues. We are so grateful to Justin for his help, and look forward to having him out again to ensure that the air quality inside of our home remains conditioned and safe! Thank you, Justin!! 🙂

Arturo did an excellent job while completing an annual summer inspection and maintenance on my HVAC unit. He found a part that was starting to fail after about 7 years (when Wolfer’s first installed the new system). Arturo clearly described the issues along with pictures of the whole system to describe the different options for replacement of the part that was going bad.<br><br>The service he provided from start to finish was professional, thorough, efficient, and on top of it all very friendly, kind, and helpful. 2026<br><br>Just had some HVAC service performed by Orion and Johanthan from Wolfer's. Great guys. Wolfer's continues to exceed my expectations when it comes to professionalism, quality, and customer service. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have my business and loyalty, would highly recommend!<br><br>--------------------------------------<br>2022<br><br>When you have an interaction with a single employee who is professional, competent, and prompt, it says the company has a real asset in that employee. But when you meet a half dozen or more equally professional, competent, and prompt employees on independent occasions over time, it says those employees work for a great company. Based on how great their techs were to work with, Wolfers is obviously a great company.<br><br>We had Wolfers install a new heat pump & furnace in Oct 2020, only to follow up with a new water heater in Dec when it died also two months later. On every interaction, without exception, these people were great. It's comforting to know our HVAC and water heater are supported by such a great team. Would ABSOLUTELY do business with Wolfers again.

Chris G. performed our annual A/C system maintenence check under our service program membership. He was very thorough in his work and explained the process in detail, as well as providing maintenence suggestions and possible upgrades to consider at our convenience. After what I thought was only a dead old thermostat needing to be replaced, turned out to be a few other things. Though I love the new t-stat, I am more grateful for the detailed work that Steven provided in getting our system back up and running. He found the very loose connection on an older condensate pump to be the culprit along with the original capacitor on the ac unit. Not only did he explain everything in terms that were understandable, but worked quickly, yet precisely, and cleaned everything up all new. Kudos to the best experience we've had in quite a while!!

They went above and beyond to ensure that I was fully comfortable with the devices and it's operation before leaving today.

We had a disaster when we woke up and our hot water heater was flowing water out of the bottom all over our garage floor. After shutting off the water intake we called Wolfer's (we're on their maintenance plan) and Emilian came out after the call he was currently on. He did a great job replacing our water heater with a new one. The installation was very clean and looked great. Emilian explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He was very thorough in the install work and we were very happy with the final outcome. And relieved that our new hot water heater was online on the same day we called for help.

I called in because my water heater had seemingly stopped working. Tyler arrived on time, was friendly, informative and efficient. Within the hour he had the hot water back. Great guy, great service.

We had Brandon today as our plumbing tech - he was great. Two leaks solved and 2 prevented leaks. And, most importantly, my dog approved.

Nothing I wanted to have to do, however the tech went above and beyond, was here over 3 hours. Explained everything to me, gave me 4 different options of what to have done and what each would entail and helped me pick the best for me. Would recommend them to anyone!

Steven was absolutely wonderful! We had a different company out 6 weeks ago that “cleaned” our heat pump. The capacitor failed due to improper cleaning. So this is my 5th review of Wolfers!<br>I pay for the monthly plan which is totally worth it. I have peace of mind that my heating and air condition will be checked yearly. Today Tito was here doing the A/C check. He was very thorough and explained everything done and things that need some tlc for good maintenance. Also a big shout-out to Tito for making me aware of a pipe in my attic that had a lot of daylight around it that would definitely cause a big leak in the upcoming winter months. I was so appreciative that he pointed that out to me to make me aware. Thank you so much Tito for being attentive and for actually caring and taking the time to let me know.<br><br>This is my 4th review of Wolfers! They are great at what they do and very thorough. I pay for the monthly plan that is great because you get maintenance checks for heat and ac. Today Jared was here to do the heat maintenance check so that I can get through this upcoming winter. Jared was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend doing the monthly maintenance pkg with Wolfers. It is inexpensive and it helps you keep on top of things all heat and AC. Thank you Ethan!<br><br>I'm so happy with the quality job that Wolfers did installing my new A/C. Mike did my estimate and I was impressed right from the start then Ben C. And Jose S. Were both awesome doing the install. The guys worked so hard on a 90 degree day both inside and outside of my house and they always were cheerful and respectful and hard workers! I will recommend them always!

Got my leaky shower faucet fixed. Team was very professional during the installation service on 5/12. They came on time , took time to analyze the problem and solved it and gave a tour at the end of the installation.<br><br>Jeff from Wolfers came to house to do an safety and maintenance check of the furnace systems. He was very thorough and professional with this inspection and service. He was very patient with my questions.
