I had a fantastic experience with TJ from Wolfers. My AC died over the weekend and TJ promptly saved the day. Even though it was a weekend emergency call, TJ didn't charge me extra, gave me excellent insight into the problem, and even recommended some modestly priced improvements to the system. We are back up and running and I could not be happier. Ask for TJ when you call.

Tim Alagoz installed our new dining room light fixture today and did a wonderful job. I have Wolfers value plan and have everything checked every year. My AC Evaporator Coil had a very small leak which was found by their technicians Jose and Falcon. They had the part installed in a few days and my house cooling like it should. Jose and Falcon were very professional and answered every question I had. If I ever have a problem, I hope they are the ones to respond. They were great!

Brandon Remington came out to help us detect a leak. He went ovwr wvery possibility with us and showed us where our meter was and gave us a rundown of the repairs we'll need. He was professional and kind and I cannot recommend him enough! Thank you so much, Brandon!

We went with Wolfer's to replace our AC and Heater in our townhome a year or two back.<br><br>Prices were reasonable given that was when all the prices were so high for things like AC units—we make a point to not always go with the cheapest when it's something we're going to rely on for a long time, and Wolfer's is the type of place who's going to get it done right and take good care of you in the process.<br><br>They pitched us a newer service which was where they come out a few times a year and do preventative maintenance to keep things running smoothly and take care of your setup, I figured we would give it a go so we signed up.<br><br>That service has been so good, but this last visit on Tuesday made me want to post about it. So their tech James M. came out to do an AC and heater checkup, and found that at some point in the last 6 months (since their last checkup) my heater exhaust ducting had slipped off the outlet that goes through my roof, meaning there's been carbon monoxide pumping into my attic! I have 2 kids under 5, a spouse, and 3 cats here, and that's a clear danger to everybody.<br><br>Now, my heater room doesn't have a proper access to the attic space, it has kind of a janky hole that you sort of slither through to get up there. James is the kind of guy who has a family too and wants to take good care of people, so he slithered up there, saw that, and fixed it as part of the routine service which didn't cost additional over the annual fee for the service.<br><br>He also found two wires that had broken shielding and were shorting to ground, was blackened and definitely impacting function, and fixed that too, nice and tidy.<br><br>Can't recommend the company and the annual care service enough—I basically never slither up into my attic so there's no telling how long that would have been spraying carbon monoxide into my attic and leaking into my house before I found it.<br><br>And James was a total rockstar, appreciate you man! It's rare to find companies these days that take good care of people, but they're out there!

Came home from vacation and our ac unit stopped working , called and they were able to come out within 24 hours !Jeff was great , very professional,polite ( a dog person and a UofO fan ) quickly assessed the ac unit and explained what was wrong and broke down cost etc , fixed the ac unit within 30 mins . Their monthly plan for inspections is so worth the piece of mind with your home !

I’ve had such a great experience with Wolfer’s on my current A/C issue. Technician’s Chris Buckley and Johnny Rael are amazing. My A/C unit stopped working, Chris was dispatched and quickly determined that it wasn’t the actual A/C unit but was an electrical issue that caused the problem. Discovered was significant heat damage in the outdoor disconnect and described the issue and showed me the damage. Chris then called in to have Wolfer’s electrician dispatched to diagnose and repair the electrical issue. Johnny arrived shortly afterwards and completed the repair at the outside disconnect. All phases were explained in detail which I really appreciated. I also chose to have circuit breakers replaced and a whole home surge protector installed. I am truly grateful for Chris and Johnny’s team work, knowledge, experience and professionalism.

We were told by NW Natural inspector yesterday to go get a new oven and then a thorough inspection by the guys at Wolfers showed no signs of gas leakage. I’ll be going back to NW Natural for more info and getting carbon monoxide alarms as directed by Justin and Jonathan — but they very likely saved me from a $1,000 purchase of a new stove. They checked the connectors and everything related to a possible gas and CO leak. Thanks Guys! ❤️

Miguel Sanchez - Wolfer's HVAC technician made a trip to our My Hood cabin to inspect and service our 2008 furnace. Before arriving, we had a good conversation about tricky driving directions which Miguel followed successfully. While he worked, he was very positive and efficient. Afterwards he did a great job communicating his findings and recommendations.<br>I appreciated Miguel servicing our furnace and hope I'll see him in the future .

We had Miguel come out to do an AC repair diagnosis as a second opinion from another quote we had. Though the news was not great on our hearing/AC system, we were impressed with the thoroughness of his diagnosis and the work he put in to deliver us bad news as gently as possible. Wolfer's and Miguel really want to give you a complete picture of what's happening with your system and instead of just saying, "Oh your system is old it has to be replaced" really try to work within your budget to get you back up and running.

The service man was wonderful. I solved the problem before he got here. He checked out circut breaker box and said its in excellent condition. Great to here. He taught my husband whom has Alzheimers how to push the reset button as hes never used one. I new it needed to be reset but was gone for a month and he didn't understand. Thank you for a great teacher for my husband.

They were very thorough. They even spotted an issue that the other company who installed our furnace should have taken care of but did not. Jef did a great job doing my annual air conditioning system's maintenance appointment yesterday. Really appreciated how thoughtful he was about things like turning off lights, keeping doors shut after he'd gone through them, and making sure a leaky hose of mine was adequately shut off after he was done using it. He was also super careful moving and replacing a heavy screen that I use to hide my furnace. Best of all, he was really personable and pleasant to be around as he explained what he'd found and done on my equipment. I've had Wolfer's do yearly maintenance on both my A/C and furnace for 14 years now. Technician listened to what I wanted done, gave me a quote and then did the things I wanted done this time. He wore shoe covers when he came in the house, was polite and professional. He cleaned up his mess when he was done and made sure there was nothing else I wanted done before he left. I was very pleased with the faucet install, the two shower head installs and the plumbing installed for the ice maker on my refrigerator. I will definitely call them again when I need plumbing or electrical done.

I had 3 different services out today and they all did an amazing job! Armani and Chris G were the first ones out and they took care of our HVAC maintenance and did a great job cleaning everything up and making sure everything was running smoothly. Shortly after that Mark M showed up to do the plumbing maintenance. He was very through and efficient. Got our water heater flushed and was very reassuring that everything looked to be in good condition. A short while after that Braxton and Gianni showed up for the electric check. This was the quickest and easiest visit of the day. They looked at a flickering light I brought up as a worry and reassured me that it is not a danger at all and just how the light fixture worked. They checked everything else including our electrical panel in a quick and effective few minutes! All five of them were exceedingly friendly and professional during their visits. We are very happy to be members of their maintenance program and look forward to continuing with it for years to come.

Nate was courteous, seemed transparent and honest is describing our furnace condition and operation. Answered questions and seemed like a knowledgeable technician. Also a very nice guy.

We had a wonderful experience working with Tim Alagoz from Wolfer’s Electric! He was friendly, warm, quick, and efficient. Our new light looks amazing and he was careful to clean up after the work was completed. Highly recommend!

I had a plumbing emergency, and Wolfer's technician, Adam, arrived in about an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and got right to work, reinstalling my sink that became unseated and fixing the drain trap. I was very pleased with his prompt service, communication and expertise. Every piece of trash was picked up and hauled out once the job was complete.

Not cheap but TJ was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I ended up with a new condensation pump, replacing a very persnickety one to use a technical term. Hopefully it will work for a good long time with little maintenance.

We had excellent service from start to finish! Junior, Juan, and Jayden were extremely professional and worked very hard to complete our new Heat Pump installation in a timely manner. 5 stars for excellent communication and friendly attitudes too. Would recommend this company to anyone!

TJ came to my house and did a great job. After I had a different company Come out and didn’t fix the issue. TJ resolved the issue like a real professional. I was absolutely happy with all the work he did on my AC unit. It only took him less than an hour to find the issue. TJ made the whole process seem easy and smooth. Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had I will be more than happy to recommend TJ to any family member or friend. TJ did an absolutely amazing job couldn’t be any happier he took care of my issue.
