A service manager came to my condo and provided an estimate the same day I called. He was friendly And professional. He explained his estimate in great detail. He even took it apart a cadet heater to see if it could be repaired or had to be replaced. Ian is a great guy.

Friendly and helpful.

All my interactions with Wolfer's have been positive, especially those with Tyler Monego related to the installation of my new water heater in May. It took a couple of months from my first appointment with Tyler until gaining HOA approval for the external exit vent portion of the install. Tyler was very patient and answered all my questions during the wait. The install went well and he returned yesterday to troubleshoot an issue with the status light on the control box. I reached out first thing Monday morning and he arrived same day only a few hours later. The issue was quickly resolved. It's great having a person like Tyler to rely on when I need help. I appreciate his great customer service attitude!

Shamalle did a very comprehensive annual check up of our newer unit. He showed us the filter and reminded us the importance of changing that regularly. He also helped us troubleshoot an issue and gave us an easy fix for the future. Thanks again Shamalle and Wolfer’s for your excellent service!!

Falcon was such a pleasure to work with. He tested and did maintenance on our heating unit and changed out a part that was leaking. He went over everything with me during and at the end of his work. He provides pictures with every invoice and explained all of the steps he did throughout the process. I recommend using Wolfer.

Josh C. Came to our home today for service. He quickly determined the problem with our system and got that fixed.But then he went above and beyond, checking everything else out.Meanwhile explaining everything. He also gave me some good tips on how to run the system that I did not know. He was courteous and friendly. He also showed me some ad on equipment for allergy control. We appreciated the extra mile.He took to make sure our system was running great.
(I tried to upload a photo of our Lennox display but this didn't like the format)

I was having issues with multiple GFCI outlets. I tried watching multiple youtube videos, reset breakers, etc, etc and nothing worked. Called Wolfer's and they sent Johnny out to see us. Johnny diagnosed and resolve the issue in short order and had these outlets working/replaced in no time. Enjoyed working with Johnny. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will be calling Wolfer's in the future.

Siah was excellent. Attentive and mindful of our needs with our HE Lennox furnace. He found our furnace with 3 codes and a no heat. I wasn't aware so super glad Wolfer’s sent him fast before the cold weather! Very minor but significant findings, and he was fast! Both finding the root cause and clearing our codes. He was perfect and very knowledgeable about getting our furnace fixed. I would welcome him back anytime.

Chri was very efficient and thorough in performing his maintenance check. He took the time to explain and show me his findings. He was very courteous and respectful to me and our property. Good job, Chris!

Tito just did our annual inspection of our A/C unit today. He wore booties, was efficient and very polite. We will request him next time. He was also very nice.

Torsen did a great job explaining the problem diagnosis and repair process. Additionally he explained maintenance procedures required to avoid a future reoccurrence of the problem. Much appreciated.

John Starkey was AWESOME! He was able to replace a leaking water heater pipe, and discussed a new water heater with me. No high pressure, just answering my questions. He also is going to put me in touch with a home restoration service, since it had leaked long enough to cause some damage. As I'm in a manufactured home with the water heater inside the house vs being in the garage, the damage must be fixed ASAP. John was very polite and knowledgeable, and I greatly appreciate his service. I would recommend Wolfers to anyone needing repairs!

I have owned numerous houses over the years. John Fry was the most impressive individual I have ever worked with. Communication, work ethic-it is all there. I can’t say how impressed I was with him.

John Fry should get employee of the year! Very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to get our new water heater installed on a Saturday! We came home after a vacation to a leaking water heater, called Wolfers first thing in the morning and John arrived mid afternoon. He stayed until late that evening to get it installed rather than have us wait until the following Monday.
We were very impressed and thankful!

I cannot say enough good things about Tim. He first installed a new electrical panel for us a few weeks ago and today he returned with a crew to install our generator.

Both jobs required the electricity to be turned off, and since I rely on oxygen, this was understandably a concern for me. What impressed me most was how thoughtful and reassuring he was. On both occasions, he made sure to bring a generator so I could continue using my oxygen safely while the power was off. He took the time to reassure me I would not be left without what I needed, and that meant more to me than I can say.

He was also excellent at communicating from the very first visit, explaining what needed to be done and keeping us informed along the way through texts and updates. He was polite, professional, respectful, and pleasant throughout the entire process. The generator installation took all day, with the help of a couple of other crew members, and I truly appreciated the care and effort they put into the job.

You have a real asset in Tim. His kindness, dependability, and attention to our needs made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician who combines excellent service with genuine care for his customers. I hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you!

Johnny Rael was excellent. He came to my home to replace a smoke detector and was very friendly and professional and gave excellent service. Highly recommend Johnny and Wolfers Home Services.

I hired Wolfers to replace my HVAC system and install a whole house generator. The employees who showed up to perform the work were great. They were personable, knowledgeable and respectful of my property. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I have used Wolfers for other projects and I am a satisfied customer. They did not disappoint me. I highly recommend this company, and trust me, I am not easily impressed.

David was very nice and set us up with an excellent HVAC system. There was a problem regarding the installation. David quickly set up a service call to fix it. Michael was great to work with. Very courteous and serious about finding the clog in our service line to the city main. He’s very knowledgeable. He understands home drainage systems which is no easy task because without a diagram (our house is 120 years old) you have be able to figure where the lines in the walls and underground are located. Very satisfied with Michael’s work on our problem! Stephen Michael’s supervisor came out to scope the clogged drain. He is clearly an expert in this trade. We have an underground service line repaired. Stephen quickly arranged and scheduled the the job which is critical to complete! Very happy with Wolfers! Will hire them in the future as well!

Did a great job. Was thorough and went through everything plumbing in the house. Identified a few basic structure age related plumbing problems and answered my questions . Went over his initial findings and talked about priorities for repair and was realistic about cost concerns. I would highly recommend him as he is knowledgeable and friendly and very easy to be around.

Antonio the plumber went above and beyond to fix our garbage disposal, saving us from having to replace it.

Fast and professional

David was fantastic! He explained every choice and cost as thoroughly as possible, and answered every (sometimes very stupid) question. He was incredibly professional and nice, and he fixed our rogue plumbing without any hitches.

Chris Gordon did a detailed inspection of my furnace and air conditioning systems. After he was finished with the work, he showed me illustrations of the furnace and explained all the different systems and how they were operating.

Wolfer's installed a new HVAC system and water heater when we remodeled 4 years ago and I signed up for their service plan. At a recent electrical inspection scorch marks were found on (probably original) electrical box. Electrician Vitalli Martushev and apprentice Jocelyn installed the new box yesterday. The work was detailed and complex. They were very thorough checking house outlets, etc. and labeling all the circuit breakers. Also left work space clean. They were friendly and a delight to have in our home.

Five stars to Wolfers Repair services. They sent a lovely electrician named Ian who texted me before he came with an update. He showed up exactly on time figured out a complicated problem and managed to get the parts and repairs done the same morning. This is as good as it gets plus my dog loved him.

Very knowledgeable very personal and extremely professional Replaced my ring doorbell smoke/co listening device- works great.

We had Wolfers crew here today and they were able to replace our broken thermostat and replaced a zone damper that gets stuck open. The crew were Ethan D and 2 Steve’s. Great to have cooling back in the house. They were all friendly, helpful and put in extra efforts to get the needed parts to make the repair.

Tito did our 2026 fall tune up. Great job made sure our system will get through the winter. Always a pleasure dealing with the team for Wolfers.

Very thorough analysis of the issues.

I had a plumbing service done for replacing my water filters along with a routine annual check of my plumbing system and John Fry was great, going over every detail with me and really cared about his work and making sure I was satisfied with everything. He educated me on things I did not know. I really appreciated his time and efforts with my service.

Tito did an excellent job investigating an a/c leak and telling us what needed to be done. He tried to find a part we needed by calling several companies including the manufacturer and found the part was obsolete and no longer made or inventoried. He went above and beyond what was required and we really thank him for his time.

I had a great experience with Jared at Wolfers. He serviced and thoroughly cleaned my mini splits and also installed a new pump. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend Jared and Wolfers!

We subscribe to Wolfer’s HVAC maintenance services. The Technician called early and arrived on time for AC maintenance today. He was excellent, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He provided appropriate information that was helpful for use of the system. I would recommend the service without reservation.

Jose is and always has been progressional and highly knowledgeable when visiting to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair the current problem with my HVAC system. If asked to give a rating, it is 5 stars all the way!

Our shower wasn’t warming up so Wolfer’s sent John out to help us figure out what was going on. Turns out our water pressure was way too high and had ruined the shower cartridge. He was able to give us a quote and then come back to fix the issue for us. He’s super nice and seems to have done a good job considering our water is hot again!

Technician Donny was great, very kind, good at explaining and efficient in his work. We've been a bit disappointed in the company, Wolfers, though as several times they have canceled long standing appointments with little notice. The last cancelation, we had been waiting all day and around 3 pm, we called only to find out they had canceled without notifying us. They also always say they cannot narrow down a time, not even morning or afternoon, so you just have to wait around until they indicate they are on the way, or not as happened last time.

Armani came to our house today and cleaned the furnace blower motor. We have a 7 year old house and I did not expect there to be much there. However, the furnace had been used to dry the drywall when it was installed, so there was a thick layer of drywall gunk on each blade, which then the dust adhered. Thank you, Armani for doing a thorough job on the motor and leaving everything shining like new!

Donny was awesome. Great with the dogs, thorough and punctual. No bs just a good dude. We just had Wolfers install a new mini split system so no issues but Donny washed all the filters that I have been neglecting

Paul has been out to our twice for maintenance and has been so friendly both times. Our furnace has some dead parts that need to be replaced. He always explains exactly what’s going on and what needs to be done in a clear easy to understand way. He quoted us out and was able to get a project manager on the schedule right away to quote us out with a new system.

Jared did a great through inspection of my air conditioning system. There were some issues but will keep an eye on things. Wolfer’s hasn’t let me down.

We had an in-house flood caused by an old water heater and a poorly installed furnace condensation line. Wolfer’s got a plumber out to us within hours. Also sent Todd, a HVAC specialist, the next morning to assess and determine the best option for a new condensate line. Todd snd Brandon, the plumber, were both great in terms of communication and explanation of problems and possible options. They went above and beyond to help us.

Tim did a wonderful job on the electrical.

Overall it was a good experience with a lot of effort from whole team. To start Yesh was fantastic and I enjoyed working with him he had a lot of knowledge and I appreciated it. Then came Steve, Nick, Keon and Will who all worked together to get me all set up with a new furnace. I appreciated the professionalism all members. I wasn’t thrilled with the cost of furnace but happy I have heat. Thank you!!

I’m so grateful for their work hard work and now we have a plan to address needed changes. I’m also impressed with their way I way treated so professionally as a potential customer.

Ryan Pickle discovered that our kitchen sink leak was coming from the garbage disposal. He removed the disposal and repiped everything under the sink! VERY nice young man, really good worker, pleasant and personable. We really appreciated him solving our problem! 5 stars all the way - and I'm adding a photo of the completed work.

Paul was super helpful and kind with my Grandpa, he went above and beyond. He explained everything very well and absolutely offered 5 star service!!

Donnie the Wolfers technician came out for a quarterly check up of our HAVA system. He checked it out and then inspected the system (inside and out), and replaced the filter
I love how when they come in they always cover their shoes. He was very respectful and professional.
Again, they provided clear information and took pictures of things they inspected and let me know what was potential items to look for or if I wanted to look at a way to improve the system. I really like that they have better filters. I can add to the HVAC to filter out. Find particles during smoke season.
I continue to appreciate the service I get from Wolfers and happy to have the services scheduled during the year. Small price to pay for protecting our investment.
