Very professional staff and worker. Brandon Remington was our repairman and did a great thorough job. He represented his company very well.

Brandon was amazing. We had a plumber come out before him who couldn't find our leak. Brandon went to great lengths to find and fix our leak. Not only that, he took extra time to educate us on how to turn our water off in the future and how to better winterize our home.

When washer rinsing water came up in bathroom sink. Sean Kenyon used three different snaking methods until it finally broke thru. He was professional, knowledgeable and didn’t give up till it cleared. I had another company that snaked it once, said it wouldn’t work unless we replaced pipes and charged $500. Wolfer’s has done many jobs for us and had always done a good job. Thank you, Sean, for resolving this problem. Picture shows no water in sink while washer is emptying.

Last Saturday we were preparing for a Super Bowl party the next day and all of a sudden noticed our thermostat was not working! We put in a call to Wolfer’s and a great technician named Isaac arrived within a couple of hours. He determined that there was an electrical issue that was causing the problem. He called one of their electricians who happened to be only three minutes away! Johnny soon showed up and the problem was fixed in no time! We were able to host our party and see the Seahawks win the Super Bowl!! Thank you, Wolfer’s. You are the best!

I recently had a leak under my sink that caused damage. I had no idea how to fix this and called for help from Wolfer's. Within very little time, Joel here with a great attitude and was able to fix the plumbing quickly! He even taught me what the problem was and what to look for in the future. Highly recommended, especially Joel Boren. 2nd visit was today for a completely separate issue with the dishwasher, and once again not only did he show up very quickly, but he was able to once again fix the problem completely and teach me what to look for. Big thanks to Joel Boren!! 😃

Hayden was very communicative and responsive and got to my house quickly after my garbage disposal was leaking. He repaired it and added some extra caulking around the sink to prevent further leakage. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

I recently learned that my 85 year old neighbor had been living alone for 7 years with a non working furnace, rat infestation, and lots of deferred maintenance. I reached out to Wolfers to see if they would help me help her. Kayla was able to talk to the higher ups and waive the service call fee and same day service was dispatched. Jose and Cesar and I went to her home. They helped me move loads of rubbish out of a closet to access the crawl space. Climbed down a rickety ladder to the nastiest crawl space imaginable with pest damage. They were able to go thru the unit and fix it right on the spot. These guys were awesome and went above and beyond helping me. Wolfers cares more about just money. They care for people and community! I was not charged a penny!

Having signed up for Wolfer's subscription and also having a house that has plenty of projects to offer, I'm looking forward to giving homeowner-sized chunks of money to them again in the future. Jared did a thorough and complete inspection of our two furnaces and two heat pumps. He then provided a list, with pictures, of potential future concerns. This was part of a promotional program that was a very low cost analysis. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy and looked carefully at all of our HVAC units.

Our heat pump was starting to not heat and the techs (Steven and Miguel) helped verify the problem (motor not working 4K cost). Decided to replace system (13 yrs old). Jared helped us look at options and purchase was simple. Recommend.

Todd was absolutely amazing! We have an old dinosaur of an oil furnace which is frustrating at best to work on. Todd took the time to explain everything, was very professional, and did a great job.

Alex has been here 2 time this Month. The first visit was our scheduled 6 month service for our Wolfers installed furnace and heating system. then to clean all of the and vents and ducts. Wow he is amazing. This took 4 hours; but Alex took photos of before and after. He was open to questions and never acted like I was interrupting him. It was a pleasure to have him in our home and will definitely request his services through Wolfers again. Hope we see him for our Spring service. Alex is very polite and attentive to our system. When he was finished he offered to help put my 84 year old mothers bed back and help move furniture. He also remembered to ask about my pet Squirrel Bubba Grump, and asked were there any new rescued babies yet. Alex is an awesome technician.

Danny Arias, Arturo, and Ceasar were very professional, well trained, and came in ran a diagnostic and such took pics and sent them. Looked into if my part and labor was covered. Ensuring me to call them again if anything was wrong they would be out to fix it. Made sure everything was working before they left. Danny was training 2 different guys when Danny came here with 1 one week, and another the next week when he came here to fix the issue and replace the part. Excellent job training with the professionalism and temperament of dealing with customers and fixing the problem. Wolfer's is lucky to have these gentlemen working for them. Thank you.

Technician Paul arrived at our home , I received a phone call prior to his arrival, he was very polite and friendly. Paul was very knowledgeable and I learned a few things from him about our HVAC. He promptly handled our issue in a timely manner. We are up and running again. Thank you!

We had a water heater failure. We tried to get our home owner's warranty to cover it. Unfortunately, they couldn't even get someone dispatched out to us as the plumbers in their network were booked out to an unknown time frame. We finally decided to call Wolfer's to see if they could come take a look. They got us lined up for a visit the same day. We had the pleasure of getting Maguire Neadow. He went above and beyond- From getting the problem diagnosed to dealing with our warranty people (who ended up not being helpful at all with the problem) to helping us get everything set up and finalized. He started ASAP and got us back up and running with a new water heater all in the same day. We want to thank Wolfer's for having such a knowledgeable and professional employee who was dedicated to answer all our questions and concerns and take care of the problem from start to finish. Great job Maguire!

Johnny with Wolfer's electrical division was here today to inspect our electrical system. He was very professional and thorough. He went over every question that we had. We're very pleased that he's going to be the electrician to come out and do work for us. Wolfer's has been extraordinary. Highly recommend.

Another update: I recently had Wolfer's come to fix a clogged drain and small leak. My last plumber made me wait a week for a similar problem. Wolfer's was here within an hour! Sean, my technician was fabulous. He clearly outlined options and fixed both issues within an hour. He even showed me how to remove the p-trap myself, with secret plumber tips! As I tell all my friends, Wolfer's will take care of you! This is an update to my review. Another happy transaction, this time for fixing a leaking pipe. Great job by Eddie and Abe. Thanks guys! Previous work: My heating system has now been installed. Teo and Davis did a fabulous job. The workmanship is excellent. They were on time, left the place clean and answered all my questions. My technician, Steven Santos,did a very thorough analysis of the heat pump, furnace and controller. He did a good job of explaining the issues and answering my many questions. He provided an estimate for repairs and seamlessly arranged for someone to come to the house, analyze the system and provide an estimate for replacing the heat pump. This was very reasonable given the age of the unit. Steven was a pleasure to work with: professional, thorough, informative and curteous.

Greatly appreciate having my furnace inspected annually by Wolfer's as part of my service plan. They handle reminders and scheduling which is a must for my hectic lifestyle. This latest inspection was performed by Yesh. His inspection was thorough and professional, and a few important maintenance items were identified to keep my furnace healthy and running efficiently. He helped select the most critical items to address now and he was able to perform the maintenance a few days later when parts were on hand. Had some electrical outlet issues. Called a few electrical repair contractors. Wolfer's responded immediately to my call at 4PM & an electrican was on-site next morning by 10:30 am. Problem assessment by Braxton Kinsey, the electrician was quick as were the repairs. They weren't the cheapest but then again, selecting the low cost provider for electrical services did not appear wise considering one of the outlets was 220V.

Awesome work by the Technicians today. Answered all of my questions and were willing to investigate new settings.

We purchased an older home that required update fixtures in the interior and exterior, addressing miscellaneous cables, and installing lighting in our garage. Danny came by to service our HVAC system as part of our annual maintenance contract. He was polite, well-mannered, patient and did a great job explaining everything he was doing. He took his time and provided a thorough and detailed report of the adjustments he made as well as the condition of the system. Danny and Josh were awesome, friendly, professional, and actually seemed to enjoy working on our ancient furnace (which might deserve a museum display). Our heat pump hadn’t been touched in years, and now it’s running so smoothly I half expect it to start making coffee. No nonsense, no drama, just great work and great personalits . I’d call them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them if you want your HVAC to actually work instead of just looking important. He also offered us the maintenance plan which we felt was an excellent value for early detection and/or prevention of possible issues. We’re very pleased with the whole transaction. Requested the appointment late last night and the technician was at our door at 8:30 this morning.

Daniel was great! He gave us recommendations that we will be implementing, was very thorough and we appreciated the detailed explanations as well.

After describing our electrical symptoms Tim immediately had a good idea about what he had to look at and discovered we only had 120v of our 240v circuit. With more research he determined the cause and quickly fixed the problem.

Heater repair/replacement

Brandon Remington was great! Respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed our problem in 30 minutes. Answered all our questions. We are all in with Wolfer’s!!!

We were woken on Saturday morning by a strong chemical smell coming from our kids’ bedroom. After some searching, we discovered that it was coming from our ceiling fan/light. I initially figured it was just the LED light, but I wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything more serious going on. After calling several places that had no availability, we found Wolfers, who was able to come out the same day. Johnny arrived and inspected the fan to confirm that everything was working properly, then proceeded to check the breaker box to ensure the house was in good shape at the source. I’ve had to call different electricians over the years and haven’t had any that provided such thorough same‑day/weekend service.

The technician who helped us, Yesh, took excellent care of us. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with our furnace very quickly, stayed with us a while to observe and make sure everything was operating correctly so we wouldn't have any more problems. He took the time to give us a bit of a tutorial on our Ecobee equipment as well, all while being very courteous and kind. I appreciate the swift response from a qualified person who obviously cares about the customer! Thank you.

Wolfpher’s originally installed our HVAC system. The HVAC system is 16 years old. We moved in four years ago and have been using them as cleaning maintenance for our system. Today we had a Ecobee digital thermostat via Wi-Fi installed by Mo and Tosser from Wolfphers. They did a maintenance check on our HVAC system. Everything looked beautiful with our 16 year year old HVAC equipment. It’s so nice to have peace of mind Heating and Air equipment is superior to any other. They answered our questions they took time with us. They made sure that we understood our new Ecobee system. Both are extremely knowledgeable and professional and an asset to the company. Today we signed up for the yearly maintenance program.which will take care of our whole system. It’s a wonderful bargain for any homeowner to rest assured that they’ll have heat when they need heat and air when they need air thank you!

Steve Kemnitz and Justin Lewis performed our annual service. They were great! Prompt, polite, very thorough, talked to us about plans to help save us money and protect our system from electrical surges. Our dog loved them too. Lol

Christian and Joseph were fantastic and so informative! We had a service call to make sure our water heater was properly grounded and bonded after some pipe replacement, and they took the time to explain requirements for pex versus galvanized or copper pipe systems while checking everything out. Its was absolutely worth the peace of mind to have them come out, and we will think of Wolfer's first when something comes up in the future.

I can’t express enough how thorough AND helpful Moe and Tasso were when coming out on short notice to diagnose and repair my HVAC when it suddenly went out They explained each part of their inspection, and the WHY, which is incredibly helpful when trying to understand the complexities if home maintenance. They checked and rechecked everything to ensure they had completely fix the issue and so that they were able to tell me with the explanation why things happen the way they did. Their service was so thorough and complete that I found myself asking them if they had a regular monthly maintenance program before they even brought it, almost asking them if they could be the two that would come out and do the regular maintenance just because they created such an amazing experience I own a small business myself and absolutely would find a position within my company to hire either of these two fellas!

Our 3-year-old heat pump failed for the second time in 2 years due to a faulty reversing valve, and although the unit was technically just out of warranty, Wolfer's backed up their work and product and covered the repairs. The team was out here all day ensuring the unit was fixed right, and Todd F. and especially Ethan D. were incredibly polite, communicative, and methodical in sorting out the root cause and getting the issue fixed. Kudos and thanks!

I couldn't be more pleased with my Wolfer's experience after waking up last week to a failed 23 year old furnace. Thea was out the same day. She assessed my needs and made a recommendation, but she also explained other options leaving me feeling that I made an informed decision about replacing my furnace. She then secured installation for the very next day. WOW! Installers Manuel and Dave, along with electrician Casey were great - efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. My new furnace was installed in under a day and my garage was left cleaner than when they arrived. Wolfer's, you are well represented be your staff. 5 stars all the way around.

I noticed water dripping from our garage ceiling soffit late Monday night. I called Wolfer's first thing on Tuesday morning and they sent plumber Cody R out to our house by 1pm! He located the broken pipe (an original galvanized from 1976) and got it replaced with new and more reliable PEX. He was very efficient and even cleaned up the wet sheetrock from the ceiling cuts that had to be made. A huge thanks to Cody for a job well done!
