Since Wolfers installed my furnace in 2017 I opted for the annual maintenance service. Today , technician Armani Pantoja did a thorough and professional job of checking, adjusting my system in prep for Winter. He checked and cleaned my air conditioner, recommending a mesh cover to keep tree debris out. Armani called when he was on his way, was personable, professional, friendly, and educational. He is an outstanding technician who provided stellar service and recommendations! Thank you!

Christian was awesome, knowledgeable and kind. Discovered microwave plug burnt, replaced it and we discarded the microwave. Also replaced several other plugs in our 1987 manufactured home. He also moved a GFCI plug closet to the breaker box. All the Wolfer workers we have seen: Mark and Johnny who did hvac&electrical inspections and Tyler and Joseph who did repairs, in June 2026, have been great. The picture shows where the microwave used to be and the new plug installed by Christian. Now we're shopping for a new microwave🤣🤣

Justin Newell performed my yearly furnace inspection and cleaning and found a gas leak in a valve to the water heater and was able to replace it with a new one right then. He also was very good at explaining the funky way my filters are placed and options for improving that situation. I was very pleased with his knowledge and patience explaining everything to me!

Just requested a quote for water heater but John Fry basically did a mini home inspection, found a leak in the crawlspace, and shared amazing tips and advice.

Updated review 09/09/26<br><br>We are enrolled in the program where you pay a monthly fee and you get 2 inspections a year to check the AC / Furnace accordingly. Paul Sargeant was the technician today & he was extremely knowledgeable & taught me a little about our furnace to help us decide on some options regarding the furnace. As always, the technicians are polite, clean & respectful & I feel secure in their work & business.<br><br>Original post<br><br>We knew we had to replace our current AC as it was original when the house was built. We bought our system through Costco and they use Wolfer's. They called that day of entering our contact information to request a consult.<br><br>First of all, our consultant, Thea Kirby, was excellent! She was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy or have that "salesperson" attitude/mentality and obviously has passion for her job and Wolfer's as a company. I had a couple of other estimates scheduled but after she left, we ended up booking with her as with the system and the rebates we received from Costco and Wolfer's was a great savings and ended up being what I thought a project like this would cost.<br><br>The installers called before coming and arrived on time. Juan, the lead installer was very nice and explained everything before and after the installation. He gave us all the paperwork to register for our warranties and explained our new thermostat.<br><br>They were very clean with their work and offered to wear booties coming in and out of the house. It was a long day for them from 7:30 to about 5:30. They worked very hard and I didn't even see them take a lunch break - so I hope they brought food to eat through the day.<br><br>All in All...we are so happy with the service from the beginning to the end.<br><br>And it was so nice to have a cool house last night!

Steven was polite, articulate and explained situation very clearly. He was mindful of me understanding the job that was needed. . His appearance was extremely neat which reflected how he did his job. I felt very comfortable with Steven in my home.

The crew that was sent were perfect! McGuire, Nathan and Nick were very knowledgeable and professional. Very nice. I will always ask for McQuire for all future projects. The technician, James, did an outstanding job going through our still fairly new installed furnace and air conditioning unit. He was extremely thorough, took lots of pictures and used those effectively to explain what each represented and to describe everything he had sone during his inspection. James if both personable and professional. Excellent work.

We had several things done which included an outlet for my dryer and a surge protector for my breaker box as well as some new breakers added.

Wolfer’s saved us over Labor Day weekend!<br>After calling 4 other electricians/businesses, I was able to make a same day appointment with Wolfer’s .Very kind customer service, electrician was also kind and thorough spending hours replacing nearly every outlet (and a light switch) in my house. We’re lucky because several switches had burn marks and bare wires. 22 all together original outlets replaced. (house built in 1971)<br>And added a serge protector on the breaker box.<br>Feeling safer in my home .<br>Thanks Wolfer’s!!🙏

He was a lot more thorough than technicians from other HVAC service companies I hired in the past to inspect my HVAC system. He sold us a WVP Membership that already saved us money on our first day of joining because of all the discounts on parts and labor as well as numerous services offered by Wolfers that are related to my HVAC system, ductwork, plumbing, and electrical. I will definitely ask for him to inspect my HVAC system the next time Wolfer's calls to schedule inspection.

Let me tell you. I have been without laundry for a week. We have been calling around to different places to get a gas line for our new dryer installed, and Wolfers was on it. Quote by Wednesday gas line installed by Friday. Our guy, Justin N was very professional and courteous. He was up front about costs and he made it happen. I hate crawspaces, but my man Justin suited up and fought those spiders down there, just to make sure we could wash our clothes. Was it spendy? Yeah. But you get every cent out of their work. Miguel showed exactly when he said he would. He was very friendly and professional. He worked on my furnace that was not working. He gave it a thorough cleaning and inspection, and fixed the problem. Once completed he went over everything with me. There was a large recommendation list, but that is to be expected with a 21 year old furnace. I am definitely going to use Wolfer’s and Miguel for any future heating needs.

Excitedly bought a much needed refrigerator. When preparing the old fridge the night before delivery, we discovered our water shut off valve handle was broken. With no way to turn off the water, we were in need of same day service to replace and finish our installation. Wolfer was able to provide same day scheduling, review of work and repairs.<br><br>Jason was our technician and was excellent. He was extremely professional, and took the time to walk through the home to advise of additional preventative issues that may arise in the future. He explained our options and the priority of work that was recommended. He was also able to advise the best course of action of repairing vs. replacement. He also went out of his way to make the dry wall repair as simple as possible for us (see the photo).<br><br>We will absolutely be working with Jason again in the future for the additional work discussed. Great communication before the appointment, clear and comprehension explanation of my situation during the house visit. Justin was very helpful to determine that I did not have a leak in my house, despite the high water bill. He answered all my questions and did a few extras test to show me that there was no leak as I was troubled by the initial findings.

5 stars all the way around for Justin Lewis! He came to our house to look at our mini splits, and found heavy mold growth on the fan inside of each of our 4 units. He professionally disassembled each unit, and thoroughly cleaned each fan - creating a safer and healthier air quality inside of our home. Clean air is very important to us, as our son has lung issues. We are so grateful to Justin for his help, and look forward to having him out again to ensure that the air quality inside of our home remains conditioned and safe! Thank you, Justin!! 🙂

We had a water leak! Wolfer’s was very quick to respond to… what could have been a crisis. Damian and Nick worked hard to identify the issue, do a temp fix and then returned very quickly to complete the job.<br><br>Great skill, great communication, great efficiency, great follow up. Thank you Damian and Nick! We really don’t want to see you again but if we NEED TO, you’re our guys.

Great service - came on a Sat when we lost power to half our upstairs including our washer and dryer the day before getting our daughter off for college. Johnny was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. Super nice guy!

Arturo did an excellent job while completing an annual summer inspection and maintenance on my HVAC unit. He found a part that was starting to fail after about 7 years (when Wolfer’s first installed the new system). Arturo clearly described the issues along with pictures of the whole system to describe the different options for replacement of the part that was going bad.<br><br>The service he provided from start to finish was professional, thorough, efficient, and on top of it all very friendly, kind, and helpful.
