I had 3 different services out today and they all did an amazing job! Armani and Chris G were the first ones out and they took care of our HVAC maintenance and did a great job cleaning everything up and making sure everything was running smoothly. Shortly after that Mark M showed up to do the plumbing maintenance. He was very through and efficient. Got our water heater flushed and was very reassuring that everything looked to be in good condition. A short while after that Braxton and Gianni showed up for the electric check. This was the quickest and easiest visit of the day. They looked at a flickering light I brought up as a worry and reassured me that it is not a danger at all and just how the light fixture worked. They checked everything else including our electrical panel in a quick and effective few minutes! All five of them were exceedingly friendly and professional during their visits. We are very happy to be members of their maintenance program and look forward to continuing with it for years to come.

Nate was courteous, seemed transparent and honest is describing our furnace condition and operation. Answered questions and seemed like a knowledgeable technician. Also a very nice guy.

Orion and Steve were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional, and is the role model for Wolfers or any for any sales and service company should have when employees are interfacing with their customers. We had a wonderful experience working with Tim Alagoz from Wolfer’s Electric! He was friendly, warm, quick, and efficient. Our new light looks amazing and he was careful to clean up after the work was completed. Highly recommend!

I had a plumbing emergency, and Wolfer's technician, Adam, arrived in about an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and got right to work, reinstalling my sink that became unseated and fixing the drain trap. I was very pleased with his prompt service, communication and expertise. Every piece of trash was picked up and hauled out once the job was complete.

Not cheap but TJ was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I ended up with a new condensation pump, replacing a very persnickety one to use a technical term. Hopefully it will work for a good long time with little maintenance.

We had excellent service from start to finish! Junior, Juan, and Jayden were extremely professional and worked very hard to complete our new Heat Pump installation in a timely manner. 5 stars for excellent communication and friendly attitudes too. Would recommend this company to anyone!

TJ came to my house and did a great job. After I had a different company Come out and didn’t fix the issue. TJ resolved the issue like a real professional. I was absolutely happy with all the work he did on my AC unit. It only took him less than an hour to find the issue. TJ made the whole process seem easy and smooth. Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve had I will be more than happy to recommend TJ to any family member or friend. TJ did an absolutely amazing job couldn’t be any happier he took care of my issue.

Cody was my service technician. He was very professional and courteous. He listened to my concerns and was incredibly thorough with his furnace check, maintenance, and service. They got me in within one week and it wasn't even an emergency situation.

Today, Wolfer's came to my house to repair my central AC system that stopped working last week. Steven Santos, the technician that arrived, was a very nice young man, very knowledgeable and well trained. He quickly diagnosed the trouble, miraculously had the part in his van, repaired it, did a full diagnostic of the rest of the equipment, in a very short amount of time. He was courteous with me and did not mind me looking over his shoulder, in fact explained everything he was doing and showed me the readings on his test equipment. This young man represents his company very well. Thank you Steven. To top it off, the final bill was much lower than I expected and … he accepted the discount coupon that I received in the mail.<br>Wolfer's is the best and Steven deserves a raise in salary!<br><br>And more kudos, not only did the dispatcher phone me first thing in the morning to remind me that they were coming, a few minutes before Steven actually headed over, he also phoned to tell me so, then the office sent a text also saying he was on the way with a photo of him so I knew what he looked like. Very thoughtful in our current troubled times I feel.

We are Wolfers maintenance members and have always had great experiences with the techs that come out to service our equipment. Recently our AC started to act up again as we are approaching a heat wave; I called Wolfers late on a Saturday and they were able to get a technician out on Monday to fix the issue (which certainly took a lot of work to figure out what exactly was causing the system reboot issue). Jose did a fantastic job and I really appreciate the way he explained everything!

Hausen was awesome. Explained his work in detail and was very pleasant. Replaced shower hardware.

Wolfer's has been a lifesaver for me! We've recently had a lot of major systems in disrepair/failure at my recently purchased home and when I tell you Wolfer's was prompt in diagnosing and fixing my systems issues it is no exaggeration. The most recent issue was failure of an old heat pump and furnace system that was providing the house with AC. Miguel Sanchez was quick in diagnosing the failure and we had next day install of a new Lennox AC unit and Lennox gas furnace by the electrician and HVAC teams so that we didn't have to suffer through the escalating summer temperatures (and future chilly winters). Shoutout to the crew that most recently helped us of Ryan Versoza, Ian Skiles, Blaine Houck and Jordan! Also shoutout to Garrett in the finance department. Thanks guys!

Our technician Riley was incredible! So nice, very knowledgeable, and a true professional!! He resolved our electrical issues quickly. Paul was amazing. First, same-day service when all the rest HVAC teams were two to three weeks out. Second, on one of the hottest days of the year, Paul was relaxed and calm and assessed the system at our rental with ease and expertise. He wasn’t hyper focused on sales or making a buck. But our system is old and needs some attention, but he let me decide how to handle the fix with great advice and input that wasn’t overly technical and knew our goals.Paul did an amazing job, and it was well worth the money to have him at our property.

Chris, the Wolfers Technician, did a great job. Very thorough and professional. We moved into an older home. Naturally at the first heat of the season our AC failed. Called one local company, not Wolfers. They were for the birds. We told them we smelled an electrical type odor when the AC was running before it shut down. They recommended that the coils needed cleaning. I sent them flying.<br><br>Finally called Wolfers and Chris got to the bottom of the problem, a failed condensation pump. Replaced the pump and a burned up transformer and AC is back working like a charm. Don't mess around. Call Wolfers.

Joseph Banut is a wonderful journeymen electrician. He provided excellent service and communications, quote explained in full detail and all work done in 1.5 days. This was a huge job since home was not grounded and electrical panel was a fire hazard! I have the Wolfers maintenance agreement and it has paid for itself 2 times over and we get priority scheduling. Financing options were great and we now have peace of mind! He also patiently performed our annual maintenance and was thorough but not pressuring when explaining the benefits of becoming a Wolfers member, which we opted into. We will request him in future and would recommend him.

Armani P. and Edgar J. arrived near the start of our service time window for a contracted maintenance appointment. They worked quickly and shared any pertinent info with us. Wolfers has great service! We've recommended them to our daughter and some friends.

Josh was thorough and friendly. He got our AC working fast, and he helped us spot some potential issues with our electrical, then got us booked for an estimate right away.

We had a great experience with Wolfers from the quote to the finished product. We had a heating and AC system installed on the main floor with a heat pump outside and unit/ductwork in the attic. Without a steep slope on the roof, there wasn't a lot of space in the attic so it wasn't an easy job. Diego H was an amazing team leader. He was positive and cheerful throughout the two day process with us and his team. Sam D, Josh B and Tiely, and our electricians, Joxelin, Steve and Emma were friendly and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right, even fixing a two way light switch that hadn't ever worked properly since we purchased our house 14 years ago. I would recommend this company for their quality of work, customer service, and professionalism.

James checked out the HVAC system. He was very courteous. James had pictures of systems and cleaning and correction he made. All seemed very thorough and the company is easy to schedule with.

Wolfer’s has to be #1 in Portland! We had a new HVAC put in and a new water heater. Everyone of these service members showed exceptional commitment to their craft, courtesy, HARD WORK, expertise, experience and a knowledge! The HVAC technicians Manuel G and Antonio G were top notch! Those guys are like surgeons! 10/10! The Electricians Steve R and Ryan V I barely have words for! The best I can say is above and beyond! I’d hire those electricians in a heartbeat! 10/10! The water heater guy was great too, so fast and efficient I barely saw him and his trainee! It was a long day but these guys did it in 1 and that’s all that matters! Wow! A+ 10/10… this crew deserves a bonus! Hope to see some of them in the future! (Side note: David (sales) and Miguel (repair tech) were just as good and top notch! And maybe a tiny bit “funner” to hang with and showed us ALL the things that were missed by past companies! I know more from a hour of talking with them about HVAC than I have in 40 years!)

Justin is the man! He was super quick to help my family cap a gas line outside the house. Then also found a small leak in our natural gas line in the garage as he was doing final checks. No way we would’ve caught that without him! Very professional and just a kind dude. Thanks for your help.
