Very good service, went over everything for my furnace. Thank you. Wolfers home service has always been honest compared to another company used one time that did not fix my furnace after charging me $1700 and didn't fix, left telling me to just turn it off at circuit breaker (Woodward). Thank you Wolfers.

He did a great job of installing the new water heater, replacing a pressure valve in the crawlspace and installing an expansion tank on the new water heater. Joseph Banut is a wonderful journeymen electrician. He provided excellent service and communications, quote explained in full detail and all work done in 1.5 days. This was a huge job since home was not grounded and electrical panel was a fire hazard! I have the Wolfers maintenance agreement and it has paid for itself 2 times over and we get priority scheduling. Financing options were great and we now have peace of mind! Couldn’t be happier with the techs, managers, despatch and front office! thanks Wolfers!! We have used Wolfers for plumbing as well and very happy with all their home services. Highly recommend!

Yesh & Steve were fantastic and very professional. They provided a lot of information after their service of my HVAC system. There were repairs that they brought to my attention that should be addressed, but did not pressure me into making any decisions immediately. Both of these individuals made me feel like they were looking out for their customers needs and making sure those were met!

Ryan from Wolfers was so great! He was very professional and helpful in explaining everything to us. He did annual maintenance on our furnace and AC. We've had a lot of contractors in our home and it's so nice when someone is so kind and quiet and respectful in our home.

Orion took care of our service today. He was very professional and through. When he was finished, he presented us with a couple of options that could enhance our system. There were no high pressure sales tactics, he explained them and left any decisions for us to make.

We noticed our dryer vent was getting full of lint, so we called Wolfers for help. Although dryer vent cleaning is typically an add-on service during an HVAC appointment, they were happy to send someone out specifically for the dryer vent, which we really appreciated. Justin did an outstanding job. Our dryer vent is located on the second floor, and he thoroughly cleaned the vent while also taking the extra time to clean out the surrounding gutters and wipe down the vent flaps. What really impressed me was his attention to detail—he even pulled out a portable vacuum and vacuumed our turf afterward to make sure no lint was left behind. Justin was friendly, professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and shared practical tips for reducing lint buildup and maintaining the vent in the future. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Justin, thank you for the wonderful service. We truly appreciate your hard work and would highly recommend both you and Wolfers to anyone needing dryer vent cleaning or HVAC services.

Todd Forrest was my technician. He was prompt, courteous, and I appreciate his detailed to attention by wearing shoe covers as he enters the home. He explained every step he planned to do very clearly, made sure I understood the information, and according me the potential charges for my approval. I appreciate his professionalism and directness which gave me a lot of confidence that the work will be done professionally and the charges will be reasonable. Upon completion of his work, the air condition worked very well. I told him I was interested in getting a plan to have the company come in every year to do a tune-up. He told me about a discount program that would lower my total charge for this work and made it worthwhile to sign up for the maintenance program. Todd is an excellent technician and provides confidence to his customers.

Justin made sure the gas line was in working order and then connected the grill and verified all was working correctly. Then he showed me what I need to do to use it. Torsen and Eric came out to check the AC issue I was having. The thermostat and the AC unit were not linking up - plot twist it’s because a piece of the electrical panel was fried after a recent power outage in the neighborhood.Happy with the service and the fix.

Brandon Campbell was very thorough checking our system. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He explained in terms we could understand the status of our system. He worked in conjunction with a phone call to Steve on setting our thermostat.

Joseph from Wolfer's did an electrical inspection on my house and found some updates that needed to be done on the breaker box. He was able to install a surge protector and switch out breakers quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Mark from Wolfer's was also here and did a plumbing inspection on my house. He was very thorough and professional. Loved his sense of humor! He pointed out a couple things that might need attention some time in the future, but otherwise everything checked out in good shape.

One week ago today, Wolfer's Home Services installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in our townhome. As is many townhomes our furnace is located in the master bedroom up in part of the vaulted ceiling in a space with a 29"x29" opening. This presented no problem for this amazingly professional and efficient crew of at least four people. They worked continually from 8:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. with a break for lunch. At the end they did a complete run through of the new thermostat to make sure we would operate the systems. The crew had gone to great lengths protecting our stairs and carpets, covering everything, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Wolfer's to anyone needing home services. They are truly outstanding.

We had Wolfers come out for an electrical issue. Our entire upstairs of the house wasn’t working. From the initial phone call until the technicians everything was top notch service. Called the office at 10:30am to try and get on their schedule. The technician called me at 11:00 and said he’d be there in 20 min. I did not request or pay for same day service, it’s just how they roll. After trouble shooting they found a bad plug that was causing the issue. They changed out a handful of plugs and some much needed upgraded GFI upgraded plugs. Total bill was $1300 which I found very reasonable, they even offered free financing for a year if needed. The Tech Joseph and his apprentice Gianni were very professional and helpful walking me through the process. They did an amazing job with professionalism. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Thank You Wolfers and especially Joseph and Gianni

Ryan the plumber was friendly, professional and walked me through what he was going to do. He prepared an estimate and we went over it.

Wolfers quoted us yesterday and today they installed a new AC unit, electrical panel, furnace and water heater. The team was very efficient, respectful and knowledgeable. For instal they said we’d be without electricity for 6 hours, and they were spot on. They really know their stuff! After all the installs they walked me through everything they did including how to work the new smart thermostat. I will be recommending them to all family friends.

Tim Alagoz installed our new dining room light fixture today and did a wonderful job. He arrived and offered us a quote and said he could install the fixture right then. 25 minutes later the installation was done! Tim was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, personable and has a designer's eye. Thank you, Tim for a job well done and it was a pleasure to meet you!

Todd, our technician, was absolutely an amazing person! He communicated extremely well. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. He kept us up to speed on what he was doing and why. We appreciated him listening to us and answering all of our questions! He did our annual air conditioning service and fixed a problem we were having with our thermostat. He also explained what we can do ourselves if the thermostat problem happens again. So happy he was the technician that got sent to our appointment.

This has been our first time and the best experience we have had with Wolfers Home Service. We were installing a light fixture and changing our switch and in the process some where there was a short and we lost power in the living room. Other spaces interconnected were also shut off and resetting the circuit panel did not help. I literally panicked and needed immediate help after seeing a spark from the switch outlets. The home service we normally call didn't have a same day appointment and I crossed fingers and called wolfer's. To my surprise I had a technician at my door step in less than an hour of calling. And Tim was super friendly and knowledgeable. He looked into our issue and stayed until our concern was addressed rather than just winding up the appointment after everything turned back on. In today's world, little fo I see companies like this and people like Tim. 100% recommend for any power related issues in future ! Thank you !

Johnny gave me an estimate, then showed up on time, staying within the quoted price, and doing some really fine work, all the while training an apprentice.
