Tasso was friendly and so knowledgeable. I appreciate that he needed to have an electrician come by to do the work, but set it up for the next business day. He gave me even more information than I realized that I needed. I’m so glad that I called Wilfred.

Our AC went out Thursday night, and by Saturday morning, TJ with Wolfers Heating & Cooling was at our door ready to help! From start to finish, TJ was absolutely fantastic. After what I thought was only a dead old thermostat needing to be replaced, turned out to be a few other things. Though I love the new t-stat, I am more grateful for the detailed work that Steven provided in getting our system back up and running. He found the very loose connection on an older condensate pump to be the culprit along with the original capacitor on the ac unit. Not only did he explain everything in terms that were understandable, but worked quickly, yet precisely, and cleaned everything up all new. Kudos to the best experience we've had in quite a while!!

Erik V Betoz and Bogar C. were awesome and performed their work to install our new HVAC system today. We are very pleased with the new system and they left our home better than they found it. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was fully comfortable with the devices and it's operation before leaving today.

We had a disaster when we woke up and our hot water heater was flowing water out of the bottom all over our garage floor. After shutting off the water intake we called Wolfer's (we're on their maintenance plan) and Emilian came out after the call he was currently on. He did a great job replacing our water heater with a new one. The installation was very clean and looked great. Emilian explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He was very thorough in the install work and we were very happy with the final outcome. And relieved that our new hot water heater was online on the same day we called for help.

I called in because my water heater had seemingly stopped working. Tyler arrived on time, was friendly, informative and efficient. Within the hour he had the hot water back. Great guy, great service.

They have always kept up on the maintenance, coming to out home twice a year to make sure everything is running as it should. We had Brandon today as our plumbing tech - he was great. Two leaks solved and 2 prevented leaks. And, most importantly, my dog approved.

Nothing I wanted to have to do, however the tech went above and beyond, was here over 3 hours. Explained everything to me, gave me 4 different options of what to have done and what each would entail and helped me pick the best for me. Would recommend them to anyone!

Steven was absolutely wonderful! We had a different company out 6 weeks ago that “cleaned” our heat pump. The capacitor failed due to improper cleaning. So this is my 5th review of Wolfers!<br>I pay for the monthly plan which is totally worth it. I have peace of mind that my heating and air condition will be checked yearly. Today Tito was here doing the A/C check. He was very thorough and explained everything done and things that need some tlc for good maintenance. Also a big shout-out to Tito for making me aware of a pipe in my attic that had a lot of daylight around it that would definitely cause a big leak in the upcoming winter months. I was so appreciative that he pointed that out to me to make me aware. Got my leaky shower faucet fixed. Team was very professional during the installation service on 5/12. They came on time , took time to analyze the problem and solved it and gave a tour at the end of the installation.<br><br>Jeff from Wolfers came to house to do an safety and maintenance check of the furnace systems. Falcon Magellan from Wolfer's took his time to check our A/C unit thoroughly. He opened the unit and performed all steps for cooling temperature of air in into the unit and air out through the cooling coils, he then measured the static pressure differential of air through the filter and unit. He also checked the proper voltage and amperage to make sure there is adequate current and no leaks. He also worked on outside fan unit for refrigerant condensate and cooling lines. He cleaned up the fan and air exchange filters all around this unit.<br>He communicated well and asked me for any questions. He also made few suggestions to improve the air filter quality and installing a switch to prevent the water spilling into the duct in case in the water consate line between the cooling coil pan to condensate pump plugs up.<br>Based his methodical work for two hours I give him FIVE STARS.

We are very happy with the entire experience.

We recently had Yesh Taylor come out to inspect our system that stopped working and even though it was unfortunate news he was so kind and helpful and worked with us to find the best plan to move forward.

Wolfer’s has serviced my HVAC system for over 10 years, and I wholeheartedly recommend this company. While there have been small glitches over the years, the technicians have all been professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and willing to explain any problems and the options for fixing those problems. They installed a tankless water heater for me and replaced a very old AC unit with a heat pump and a new furnace. All competitively priced. Love this compsny!

My air conditioner failed at the most inopportune time, at the start of a week of 90F+ heat. I contacted Wolfer’s at 7:00am, and an HVAC service technician (Miguel S.) arrived shortly after noon the same day. Miguel diagnosed the problem as a failed fan motor, immediately checked the availability of a replacement, located one in-state and expedited a next-day shipment. All repairs were completed two days after the failure! During the entire process, Wolfer’s kept me informed several times regarding the status.<br><br>Wolfer’s customer service and quality of work is second to none, which is why they are my #1 choice for HVAC services, and Miguel was very knowledgeable and professional. He also performed a maintenance check of my AC system before putting it back into service and thoroughly explained the test results. Happy customer!

He gave me clear explanations of all the issues and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my system. Wolfer’s did an estimate, helped us choose new equipment, a conversion to natural gas, a water heater, furnace, air conditioner, and thermostat install in 6 business days with a total time of 8 business days to include inspections and working with the gas company to get us fully operational! It was a great experience with the whole process. It started with Ken doing the bid to Jose, Raul, and Tristan doing the install. They were all a pleasure to work with and very professional. We have only had the new furnace for a few days but so nice to have heat again throughout the house and to be able to box up the space heaters.

Had an issue with an bathroom GFCI outlet and called Wolfer’s. They dispatched Service Electrician Tim Alagoz to our residence in under an hour! Tim was great and not only did he troubleshoot the outlet, but he did a comprehensive analysis of the home’s complete electrical system. He answered all of my questions graciously and shared a bit of his background as well. Amazing value for $99 and awesome service on top. 10/10
