Wolfer’s was fantastic from start to finish. Christian was incredibly kind, efficient, and hard working. He navigated our small (and very warm) attic with no complaints. He kept us apprised of the job throughout the process, and made modifications based on our preferences. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of the work and the outstanding service provided.

Just had Wolfer’s come out a do a checkup on my 30 year old air conditioner. Jef Siler was the technician. He was incredible, friendly, check everything, took pictures of all the parts he checked and the readings he got. Showed me pictures of the parts that he suggested that needed replacing. Which I definitely could see were corroded. I was his last call on a Friday afternoon. Asked if Monday or Tuesday would be alright to send the estimate on the repair. I asked about a replacement cost and he said he would have someone reach out early next week. It’s the weekend didn’t expect sooner. Jef was so professional and friendly, he is a real asset to Wolfer’s. I highly recommend Wolfer’s if Jef Siler is any indication of the company.

Brandon came to change out a bad outside water faucet. He did that efficiently and answered a lot of questions I had about that device and the water shut off lever in the garage which set my mind at ease. He is very kind and thorough.

Tasso was super great at looking over all the ducting in the attic and crawlspace to help find a solution (a few good ideas) for the temp swing of up and downstairs along with why the house might stay humid and some resolutions for that as well. He even looked at insulation and windows to help understand the whole picture and make solid recommendations.

Orion did a great job of pointing out what was found and explained what he recommended. Left the job site in good order when done.

It's not easy to find a company that combines excellent customer service with high-quality workmanship, but Wolfer's definitely delivered. Carlos and Theo ( and several others) did a nice job of installing new A/C and furnace after removing an ancient 30 year old system. So far I am very pleased with their service and the quality of the Daikin product we picked. They worked fast, cleaned up well, and walked us through the new system.

Miguel Salamanca came for our regular service the other day and did a great job. However, A few days later, during a heat wave, our system stopped working. Within 24 hours, Miguel was back here and able to quickly diagnose and fixed the problem. I work from home, my son was working from home, and I have a special-needs son who has difficulty regulating his body temperature. Miguel’s efficiency and competency were invaluable to us, and we are super grateful!

I had a problem with my garbage disposal and called Wolfer's to check it out. They were able to come the next morning and we're able to fix it. Since the plumber had the time he also checked the water pressure, checked out for any water leakage and the hot water tank for me. I appreciated the extra services, and quick efficient way he provided me.

We had a couple outlets stop working in our living room. Braxton Kinsey came over from Wolfer's and diagnosed the problem right away. He did an inspection on our outlets and breaker box as well. We recently moved into our home and had a shower that was slow to drain causing a back up. Called Wolfer’s because it was a drain set up that we were not familiar with. The dispatcher Sherry called back literally within 5 minutes and told us that a drain specialist would be out to assist within 2 hours. Jace Jones texted and called to say that he was on his way. Jace was fantastic! He took the time to show us how to remove the drain cover and cleared out the problem before we realized it! Jace was friendly, communicative, professional and helpful. This won't be our last time using Wolfer’s and will definitely be requesting for Jace in the future!

Wolfer's solved our issue in a timely and kind manner. Per my mis-communication regarding our need, we worked with Chris G., Maintenance Technician and then,Art P., Diagnostic and Service Tech. Both were professional and kind. Art explained each step he took to get our AC working again. He also helped solve airflow issues that we have experienced since purchasing our home. Per our experience, we signed up for Wolfer's Value Plan in order to have access to great service and pricing going forward.

James came out for our annual ac service. He was very thorough in his evaluation and has excellent customer service and communication skills.

Josh and Falcon did an excellent job,, very professional job on the outdoor AC unit. They both explained the issues at hand and the maintenance it needed to be replaced. They updated the Compressor Capacitor to the right size also updated Fan Capacitor.<br>Clean and washed AC unit equipment, it was filled of white dog hair. I had been trying to get my fore alarm to stop false alarms for literally years, changed detectors changed batteries and no one could stop it. Hired handymen called the fire department 2x! Finally after it went off at 5:00am and 5:30am one weekend morning I called Wolfer’s and they sent someone in just a couple of hours. Johnny checked everything and gave me some choices how to go forward and fixed the problem! Now I get to sleep and am atill safe. No more false alarms!

Sales and installation were all top notch! Pricing was competitive and not the lowest bid, but we used Wolfer’s for their outstanding reputation. Replaced entire HVAC in one day, everything was done perfectly. This was a big investment with a lot of work involved, and our experience reinforced that we hired the right company to do it.

He discovered the problem was our 26 year old furnace, which was a goner, and was so polite and helpful. Then we had Blaine come the very next day to replace our furnace. He was great! And the technician Edgar was very thorough and explained everything very clearly for our hvac maintenance. He was very nice and I appreciated his professionalism very much. He even helped to capture my dog who got out accidentally! They'd become buddies. Unbelievably great service. Damian and Nick were fantastic in their approach and workmanship. Full house re-pipe, new service line and tankless water heater in a very short amount of time. Could not be happier with the results. We felt that our needs were understood, and the every step of the process was explained well. Big thanks to Mark as well for the quote and getting the ball rolling. And to John for coming out on short notice for the initial service call. 10/10.

I had a fantastic experience with TJ from Wolfers. My AC died over the weekend and TJ promptly saved the day. Even though it was a weekend emergency call, TJ didn't charge me extra, gave me excellent insight into the problem, and even recommended some modestly priced improvements to the system. We are back up and running and I could not be happier. Ask for TJ when you call.

Tim Alagoz installed our new dining room light fixture today and did a wonderful job. He arrived and offered us a quote and said he could install the fixture right then. 25 minutes later the installation was done! I have Wolfers value plan and have everything checked every year. My AC Evaporator Coil had a very small leak which was found by their technicians Jose and Falcon. They had the part installed in a few days and my house cooling like it should. Jose and Falcon were very professional and answered every question I had. If I ever have a problem, I hope they are the ones to respond. They were great!

Brandon Remington came out to help us detect a leak. He went ovwr wvery possibility with us and showed us where our meter was and gave us a rundown of the repairs we'll need. He was professional and kind and I cannot recommend him enough! Thank you so much, Brandon!

Our AC shut off unexpectedly. Todd identified the problem, found the solution (it took some effort given the circumstances), and fixed it, all with a great attitude. We particularly appreciated the updates and explanations throughout the process.

We went with Wolfer's to replace our AC and Heater in our townhome a year or two back.<br><br>Prices were reasonable given that was when all the prices were so high for things like AC units—we make a point to not always go with the cheapest when it's something we're going to rely on for a long time, and Wolfer's is the type of place who's going to get it done right and take good care of you in the process.<br><br>They pitched us a newer service which was where they come out a few times a year and do preventative maintenance to keep things running smoothly and take care of your setup, I figured we would give it a go so we signed up.<br><br>That service has been so good, but this last visit on Tuesday made me want to post about it. So their tech James M. came out to do an AC and heater checkup, and found that at some point in the last 6 months (since their last checkup) my heater exhaust ducting had slipped off the outlet that goes through my roof, meaning there's been carbon monoxide pumping into my attic! I have 2 kids under 5, a spouse, and 3 cats here, and that's a clear danger to everybody.<br><br>Now, my heater room doesn't have a proper access to the attic space, it has kind of a janky hole that you sort of slither through to get up there. James is the kind of guy who has a family too and wants to take good care of people, so he slithered up there, saw that, and fixed it as part of the routine service which didn't cost additional over the annual fee for the service.<br><br>He also found two wires that had broken shielding and were shorting to ground, was blackened and definitely impacting function, and fixed that too, nice and tidy.<br><br>Can't recommend the company and the annual care service enough—I basically never slither up into my attic so there's no telling how long that would have been spraying carbon monoxide into my attic and leaking into my house before I found it.<br><br>And James was a total rockstar, appreciate you man! It's rare to find companies these days that take good care of people, but they're out there!
